I asked this company to pick up one couch and they fumbled the ball. Very unreliable. The owner told me they would call me when they got here and I never received a call instead I received a call after they showed up at my house and couldn't get in after they refused to follow directions. I asked the man to come back and he said he would. When I called back to see when they would be returning they sent me a text message. I enclosed pictures of the text message and the couch. I would recommend. They'll waste your time. Thank goodness I didn't pay a deposit!! *** UPDATE** I'm on the ground level why does it matter if my kids were bringing it outside!! and he said he was coming to get the couch for $50 dollars at first then changed it because I live in NW!!
