I had a very unprofessional experience with Carlos. My roommate hired him to move furniture out of her bedroom and I warned him to be careful of my walls as they were narrow and painted fairly new. He unfortunately made dents in my walls when moving a large dresser and when I pointed them out to him he denied it. He then started mocking me and repeating everything I said back to me in a baby voice! Wow, probably because I was a single female home alone but I haven't been disrespected like that ever. I tried to be reasonable with him but this experience was just terrible for me and I would not recommend him to anyone. Called these guys last minute after a different service wasted over 8 hours of our time, failing to ever show up. These guys were able to accommodate our tight schedule and come over next day. The price was just about what I hoped it would be and pretty fair considering we filled their entire truck. They initially weren't able to make it to the dump and came with a mostly full truck but were more than willing to take what they could fit initially and come back this morning to finish the job. Very happy with this crew. They had to cancel our original appt due to weather, but promptly came the next day. We had 100's of boxes and packing paper. I wished there was a cheaper option especially because you can sell that stuff. But Fair n Fast were the best rate and quickest to get the job done. Somehow they managed to fit everything in the rear of a Ram truck, I was shocked, but these guys know what they are doing. Again, it would be awesome in the future if there was possibly a military discount or discount for the fact that it was solely recycling materials. A year ago Fair N Fast hauled junk for us and did a great job. They also moved a sleigh bed to another part of our house even though it wasn't part of the original deal. So I called them last week when we needed furniture moved. We wanted to switch the downstairs sofa with the upstairs sofa, bring an enormously heavy table upstairs, and move an oversized recliner through a narrow door into our living room. When I ordered new living room furniture and needed the old stuff gone, I started researching for local places that could be flexible with the delivery schedule of my new stuff. Since I own dogs, my old stuff was in no way salvageable or could be donated--so I was most interested in someone who could come take my old furniture fast and cheap once I had a delivery date for my new furniture (that my dogs could then start to ruin).
