Some menu items weren't available. No delivery either. Walked to pickup (not me) and turned out the order was partially wrong. $8.95 for Sweet and Sour shrimp = 6 shrimp and no sauce. How hard is it to see the big container of glowing red nuclear sauce is missing? And only 6 shrimp. Wow. Rice was very dry, crunchy bits, either overcooked or simply not fresh. Dumplings and wonton soup were decent. Didn't get a pic of the other entrees (not mine, lo mein and general tso's) but was told they were "good". No condiments, flatware, or fortune cookies. Didn't bother calling to complain, as it felt pointless. No way anyone was going to walk back a mile for sauce. Food was mid at best, IMO, and some portions were small. Doubtful I'll order here again. read more

Asian Wok has the most shittiest and crappiest food when you place an order customers are always right at the end of the day you order soft broccoli and it feels like just got off a tree you ask the white rice and you get yellow rice food tastes like s*** chicken taste like rubber the pork is probably a cat bad reputation don't order food from there food really sucks I will not bring the devil dare and feed him if that was the last place on Earth to eat read more

Great food, decent people, decent prices. I usually get my orders picked up here once a week or every 2 weeks. But every time I hear, while waiting, the phone orders they take and tell the customer they don't take credit cards over the phone, its like wow.... they must have been either bitten in the ass by a scammer or something for not taking cards anymore over the phone. But if I were them I would just have a different form of taking credit card transactions over the phone or internet to make it more secure for them. If I were to order delivery, card is my option usually. It's 2016, going into 2017 tonight... no need to really carry cash anymore especially with digital transaction services out there being fairly affordable. read more

The fried rice wasn't fried. It's sadly nothing better then minute rice colored yellow and some semi boiled onions thrown in. No eggs no other veggies. Lo mein was delicious Orange chicken was good. Seasame chicked was good. Delivery was almost exactly 30min and the $$$ wasnt bad. read more

We've ordered from Great Asian wok a few times now. My wife loves the gravy for the egg foo young, if it wasn't for that we would never order from there again. Last time we ordered I got the king pao chicken and there were so many peanuts in it I couldn't taste anything else. This time i decided to go with the shrimp with chili sauce and (I'm not exaggerating here) it was 85% onions, and about 5 or 6 small shrimp. I literally tasted nothing but onions. There are far too many Chinese restaurants around here to deal with disgusting food like this. Next time we'll go with Dragon, much better food. read more

My family and I have ordered take out from here several times! We usually order the fried rice ( chicken or pork), the chicken rice noodles and something else. It has always been really good! There have been some instances where they forget Some of our order but they get it back to us fairly quickly. There food is heavy on the stomach. read more

Absolutely the best Chinese I have had in a very long time. I had the General Tso's Chicken with Pork Fried Rice. It was great I had it delivered and they got it out to me Fast and it was really hot and yummy. I also had the won ton soup and that was great and I had the Cream Cheese with Crab meat Fried triangle things. Yummy and Hot. Based on the photos, Carver's looked like a great choice, but the reality was completely different. After being seated, we waited about 25 minutes just to receive our waters. Once they finally arrived, we ordered a Guinness and an espresso martini. Our server took our IDs and then disappeared for another 10-15 minutes. Eventually, the manager returned with our IDs, simply said "thank you," and walked away--without any explanation for the delay and still no drinks. At that point, it was obvious we weren't being treated as valued customers, so we decided to just take the drinks, pay, and leave. When the drinks finally arrived, there was a hair on the rim of one of the glasses. We ended up paying $25 for a Guinness and an espresso martini and left without even wanting to stay. I've had better service at busy NYC dive bars than I experienced here. I would avoid this place altogether.
