One used a bedside commode only inches from her bed. The environment was chaotic, frightening, and completely lacking in privacy. After we requested a different room, she was left in a public family waiting room for more than three hours. Basic requests for water and assistance with painful, bloody IVs were repeatedly ignored. Nurse Camille was rude, confrontational, and dismissive of legitimate medical concerns. When we attempted to escalate those concerns, Charge Nurse Grace supported Camille rather than helping us obtain appropriate medical attention. Most disturbing, Grace repeatedly refused and physically blocked our attempts to speak with the House Supervisor. She told us, "He will not come down for this. He is going to follow my leadership." She also responded to our concerns with, "It is what it is." A charge nurse should help patients access the appropriate chain of command--not stand in the way of it. The lack of compassion, professionalism, privacy, and concern for patient safety on this medical-surgical floor was shocking.

My experience with Dr. Saba Mohammed proved that statement to be entirely false. It was a complete failure of medical ethics. Instead of investigating peer reviewed literature or acknowledging my documented history, Dr. Saba Mohammed defaulted to a "delusional disorder" diagnosis. This is blatant medical gaslighting. It is an attempt to pathologize a patient who is well-educated on their own condition because the provider is unable to keep up with modern research. If you have a complex illness and you are smarter than your average physician, stay away. This office would rather label you as mentally ill than do the work to understand a multi-system physiological issue. Dr. Saba Mohammed is not the most competent doctor they have. He is not competent at all. This is a provider who retreats into psychiatric labels when they are out of their depth and incapable of doing their actual job or using any level of critical thinking whatsoever.

I myself a little cocktail of ADHD, GAD, CPTSD, MDD, and ~OCD. I won't lie to you, exposure therapy is the hardest thing I've ever done. However, the differences between when I started and when I graduated? Freaking astounding. I was not even leaving my house anymore. The pressure of conforming to society and worrying and force masking myself to please whoever I was around wore me paper thin. OCD was making my life smaller and smaller every year. But now, after showing up and continuing to try things that specifically made my skin crawl and learned how to sit with it, I am back to living a relatively normal life. I leave my home whenever I have to (sometimes I even WANT TO ) and I'm back to handling whatever life throws at me without compulsing and avoiding for hours every day. Even rehearsing, masking, and people pleasing are at an all time low for me. I'm so much more comfortable being authentic. It's the hardest most confusing work I've ever done, but by gum it does the trick.

They allow me to make payments, interest free and not once have I felt this was money ill spent. I would gladly pay double to get the piece that I have gained from this incredible group of humans, who actually care. This isn't just. Job to them. It's a way of life and my life was forever changed by them.

We checked in around 9 pm and left around 5:30 am. I can't get into what brought us to this ER, I can say that it is not the staff's fault we were sitting there all night. Northern Nevada ER, if you are going to offer certain things like X-ray or Ultrasound, then you might want to actually have those things readily available and not leave patient waiting for hours to get them. Apparently getting a report from radiology was part of the problem. Had I known, I would have gone to Renown ER at South Meadows. 8 1\2 hours is very unreasonable. #Emergency #Hospital #Wait #Xray #Ultrasound #Patient #Frustration #Nevada #Radiologist #Problem #Hours #Delay #Service #Disappointment

I will never go back to Lemmon Valley ER I recommend you do not either. It is an absolute JOKE!!!

It is a beautiful and impressive building. Very new, very spacious throughout, lovely decor. The calm vibe there is achieved by the large inviting areas, the soft color schemes, the large appropriate artwork and so much space. Hallways are wider and everything looks fresh and clean. Waiting areas have a small coffee station, a selection of fun, comfortable chairs. Top this off with attentive and pleasant staff. Center addresses cardiology and breast concerns. These are situations that can be stressful but they have achieved the most calm and pleasant environment for these appointments. Kudos to all! Lots of easy and parking close to the building plus a small golf cart style little shuttle is there in the lot to assist as needed. Nice! Staff told me this building of just a year old. I presented myself to the Renown South Meadows ER at 5:15 AM on a Sunday morning. I was promptly admitted and was quickly seen by an ER doctor who talked to me about my symptoms and did a thorough exam. After the exam, he ordered a CT scan and some labs. The results came quickly and the ER doctor soon let me know that he had spoken to the on-call surgeon who was coming in to personally look at the test results and examine me. The surgeon arrived in short order. She was amazing. She was smart, caring, and had a wonderful bedside manner. I followed her recommendation and agreed to an urgent surgery. She had everything scheduled within a short period of time. She also did an excellent job communicating my condition and surgery results to my husband. After surgery, I was transported to the telemetry unit. I couldn't have had better care from my RN's and CNA's. They were all caring, smart, and compassionate. They listened to me and did their best to help me get better. As a matter of fact, everyone from Renown who came into my room to do anything (the phlebotomists, housekeeping, the kitchen staff) were amazing. I attribute my quick recovery to the excellent care I received from my medical team of doctors, nurses, and the rest of the Renown staff.
