I had a very unprofessional experience at this shop. I brought my vehicle in for an estimate and…read morehad it towed due to a flat tire and battery issues. I received no follow-up until I contacted them myself, at which point they provided an unreasonably high estimate. When I declined to proceed with the repairs, they suggested scrapping the vehicle to waive the diagnostic fee--while also stating it was still a very good vehicle. I declined and said I would pay the diagnostic fee. Although I arranged to pick the vehicle up, the shop insisted on delivering it. We agreed on several drop-off times, but they never followed through. Almost two months after the vehicle was first dropped off, I discovered it unexpectedly parked at the end of my cul-de-sac. I had not been informed that it was being returned. I was also home at the time, and no one knocked or attempted to notify me. There was room in the driveway, but they left the vehicle on the street. After I reached out to ask where the key was, I was told (after I had already left on vacation) that the owner had left the vehicle unlocked, with the key under the mat. I asked them to please move it into the driveway--they never responded. I had to call BCAA to move it myself. The same tow truck driver who originally delivered the vehicle immediately noticed significant body damage that had not been there before. He confirmed that the vehicle was undamaged when he dropped it off at the shop and had photos to prove it. I tried to resolve this through email, but the shop's owner, Payden, refused to take responsibility and insisted on a phone or in-person conversation--something I declined in order to maintain a written record. When I indicated I would be filing a small claims dispute, he sent me a rude, defensive, and accusatory email. Since then, he has made a point of mockingly waving at me during school drop-offs where both our children attend. I would strongly caution anyone against using this shop. My experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and ultimately caused damage to my vehicle.

This is a warning for women who go there, bring someone who can listen and watch what is happening…read moreto your car. These guys are the worst types of people you find from slums working at Mobile one Port Moody. I came down in August to get my left light fixed, they said they could do it, as I waited they started to tell me that my alternator belt was fraying. So before I said yes I did my research and asked them where it was , they showed me the serpentine belt instead. So, ended up paying close to 250CAD not rupees (should have been the latter). Two months pass by I take my car to MIDAs, which I should have done in the first place, and those Canadian trained mechanics sent pictures of the same exact serpentine part telling me that it is fraying. The area where Mobile One claimed to put in a new belt!!! Now, don't call me a fool, when I was at Mobile One dealing with those young slums, I did ask where my old belt was , they conveniently showed me something that looked very think tossed in a pile of crap. A message for especially brown, black women..don't go to these guys. They don't have an honest bone in their temples and they are just wanting to take the little in our wallets.

I tried to use the $15 Google coupon (see photo), but he did not honour it. He said my charge was for "labour", not "service". Say what? He also said my tread was getting low, so I should be thinking about new tires. I asked for a quote, and he quoted approx. $2500 for four tires. When I do buy my new tires, I won't be buying them here.
