This is a warning for women who go there, bring someone who can listen and watch what is happening to your car. These guys are the worst types of people you find from slums working at Mobile one Port Moody. I came down in August to get my left light fixed, they said they could do it, as I waited they started to tell me that my alternator belt was fraying. So before I said yes I did my research and asked them where it was , they showed me the serpentine belt instead. So, ended up paying close to 250CAD not rupees (should have been the latter). Two months pass by I take my car to MIDAs, which I should have done in the first place, and those Canadian trained mechanics sent pictures of the same exact serpentine part telling me that it is fraying. The area where Mobile One claimed to put in a new belt!!! Now, don't call me a fool, when I was at Mobile One dealing with those young slums, I did ask where my old belt was , they conveniently showed me something that looked very think tossed in a pile of crap. A message for especially brown, black women..don't go to these guys. They don't have an honest bone in their temples and they are just wanting to take the little in our wallets. read more

I have a slow leak in one of my tires. The staff member examined it for 5-10 minutes, but could not find anything. He charged me $30, even though there was no diagnosis or repair. I tried to use the $15 Google coupon (see photo), but he did not honour it. He said my charge was for "labour", not "service". Say what? He also said my tread was getting low, so I should be thinking about new tires. I asked for a quote, and he quoted approx. $2500 for four tires. When I do buy my new tires, I won't be buying them here. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is run by a bunch of amateur high school students who forgot to put my transmission cap back on after there so called inspection. I went back twice after my initial oil change stating that something was leaking and they overlooked this missing cap both times telling me to just keep topping off the oil instead of looking for the actual issue.. when i asked the manager Jass about it he was very rude blaming the last person who worked on my car but they were the only ones who recently worked on it and did 2 seperate "inspections" on it. I can understand forgetting to put the cap back on, but after i come back twice saying theres a leak and you miss it both times, its safe to say this inspection was done very poorly. read more

Terrible service. So slow. They are doing full automotive service job including brakes and engine work over the oil change pits. You can't be a drive though oil change buisness and a full service repair shop in the same bay. I had to back onto a busy street because they had the engine apart on the car in front of me. After a bad experience with Mr Lube so i started doing my own oil changes however, this time i ran out of time so I opted in for Mobil 1 Lube Express at Port Moody. I asked a million questions and Anshu answered everyone of them. He asked me if i wanted certain fluids topped up BEFORE they topped up which was good because i dont do "universal" fluids, only Manufacturers. He ordered my trans fluids from Mopar for me and gave me a discount because it turned out they couldn't do the rear differential because it was too risky on the jeep. Anshu even let me go down stairs to see underneath the vehicle to show me why. I value when people say "i dont want to risk it" rather than risking it. Very good move and transparent with everything. I will most definitely come back and recommend my friends and family here. read more

Went for an oil change in which I was told the front brakes required repairs. Anyways, I trusted their judgement and went ahead with the repairs. So after over $1000 the brakes started to squeal and the passenger front side hub cap was lost in my travels possibly due to not securing it properly after the brake repairs. I emailed the manager who did the repairs himself & explained both the squealing & the hub cap gone missing. He did tell me to come by and check things out. I phoned several times to make sure he was there but he was not present each time I called. I did leave messages with his staff to contact me and also left him a couple of other emails with no response. To this day I have not heard back. The squealing comes and goes and may not be part of the brake repairs, however the customer service & follow up is terrible. Myself being in the service trades business always return calls whatever the issue nay be. Very poor indeed. read more

These guys are great. I take my Lexus and bmw vehicles there even though the dealerships call us non stop. Too much paperwork and slow service compared to these guys. Had my tires changed over from summer to winter and had an oil change done. Was pleased with it all until they tried to get me to change my transmission fluid. They showed me dirty transmission fluid (not sure if it came from my vehicle) and showed me the colour it should look like. My vehicle had only 50,000 km. on it. I told him I had to call my husband but did a quick google search - transmission fluid on my car doesn't need to be changed until at least 90,000 km. I declined and kept with the tire change and oil change - with that I was happy. Was NOT happy with the attempt to do something that wasn't necessary on my car! read more

Went for a oil change and was greeted by a friendly staff member . They brought me a nice cold bottle of water and changed my oil and checked my fluids. I also needed a coolant flush. Everything was explained to me in detail. Then the manager Avery came out and introduced herself and me and said if I needed anything they could help me. I was really impressed with how nice everyone was, how fresh and clean it looked and they were fast and made me feel like they really appreciated my business.
