Nate is just a good guy. Does a great job cutting hair. Good conversation and very accommodating with making future appointments. The vibe of the shop is laid back/chill which is exactly what I was looking for. I wish they did a full treatment with hair wash, etc but I haven't really seen that much around here. In my first review I raved about this salon because of the quality of our cuts and then we had a not so good experience but knowing the owner cares and guarantees to prevent this from happening to anyone else and apologized and gave us our money back and offered to fix it means that she does truly care about her clients. Originally I recommended this business but unfortunately after our last experience I will no longer recommend this business. My daughter 12 yrs old and her daddy went and had her cut there and my daughter came home crying because the woman who cut her hair absolutely butchered her hair. It was awful.
