I said no that's okay I'll do regular polish multiple times and he said gel was better so pick a gel and he'd do it for me no problem. I said it was fine and he said no I'll do it for you just pick one. So I was under the assumption he wasn't going to charge me for the gel since he insisted after my multiple times telling him it was okay I would do regular. Same with on my nieces nails, he also charged me for her to get gel on her fingernails after the same process. Me saying we would do regular and them insisting gel. I also had no intention on getting a manicure and after multiple times asking I said I would have them filed and top coated. Which is only listed as a 15 dollar service but I was still charged a full manicure price. I left paying 204 dollars, I've never paid that much for a pedicure and kids nails before which just wasn't what I went in expecting to pay for the day but i guess I should have been more firm. I don't think I will be back at this location or will not go to the same nail techs if so.

I have gone here a few times but last weekend I got a pedicure that was incredibly painful (I went…read morein with zero foot/toe pain). Ken tried to remove "ingrown nails" that were not giving me any pain or notice. I wound up bleeding pretty good on my left big toe. He also used the dremmel to remove regular polish-I tried to stop him saying "this is just regular polish" - and I should have left right then but didn't. Now my nails are weak and breaking while my big toe got infected and I had to go to the podiatrist. Turns out Ken left a chunk of nail in there and likely used dirty tools so I had a wicked infection. I had to get 2mm of my toe nail removed and a slice of the skin. Can't wait to see the dr bill. don't go here. Pay a few dollars more for a clean salon that autoclave instruments.
