I have gone here a few times but last weekend I got a pedicure that was incredibly painful (I went in with zero foot/toe pain). Ken tried to remove "ingrown nails" that were not giving me any pain or notice. I wound up bleeding pretty good on my left big toe. He also used the dremmel to remove regular polish-I tried to stop him saying "this is just regular polish" - and I should have left right then but didn't. Now my nails are weak and breaking while my big toe got infected and I had to go to the podiatrist. Turns out Ken left a chunk of nail in there and likely used dirty tools so I had a wicked infection. I had to get 2mm of my toe nail removed and a slice of the skin. Can't wait to see the dr bill. don't go here. Pay a few dollars more for a clean salon that autoclave instruments. read more

Only went there once I was very disappointed with how expensive the pedicure was how long I had to wait to get it done and the lady couldn't understand anything I was telling her I wanted done and wouldn't get somebody to translate. She did not scrub my feet at all and did not do anything with calluses or my cuticles which seems crazy to me because that's the entire purpose I go to get my feet done! You know these places get away with not doing a resurface or even half of a refund and we just got to put up with it you know it's not fair it's total bullshit they should be better about their customer service for sure not to mention their service! read more

Terrible. I used to go here all the time. It was $20 if I paid cash just for a gel manicure. Went back one time and it was $30. It was after COVID and they were remodeling so I kinda understood. Then I go back just a few weeks later and it was $40. Plus -- the job was terrible. The paint didn't go to my edges. There were marks and bubbles in the nail. They picked so bad at my skin that it hurt and peeled for 3 days. read more

I wanted a shellac manicure. I walked out with a boring color that I didn't really want and only a polish change. Every picture I showed him he said he couldn't do. Gee funny, the girl I usually go to wouldn't have had a problem. Guy was obviously in a hurry and didn't want to be bothered. To make matters worse the shellac polish was chipping within three days. What a waste of time and money. Next time I will plan ahead and go to my girl that takes time and does a good job. read more

i wanted a fill, and i wanted shorter square nails. the color i wanted was light pink with orange tips. i was BULLIED into getting them taken off and to use dip because they "didn't have that color of pink" when i was looking at the color of polish i wanted right beside me, and my nails were long so idk why he wanted to give me a new set?? i wanted light pink with pastel orange tips. so when i asked the price he would get angry and stop what he was doing to talk to me like i was stupid, and got annoyed that i asked the prices.. he changed the price several times, then when it was time to do the orange tip he showed me a florescent orange and i was like, no it's okay we can just leave it. then he threw his arms up and was super mad. he told me it was $75 for everything including the tips so when i told him nvm he was probably mad because it was cheaper without. so i was paying cash and had to remind them that you get 10% off when you pay cash. then when it was time to check out he kept saying "here! here!" trying to hand me my change while i was shuffling putting my card away. then i didn't grab it quick enough then he slammed it in the counter. he was SO RUDE for no reason and forced me to do unnecessary stuff just to jack up the bill. and also while i was showing him the reference photo he was laughing at it with his coworker. THE WORST EXPERIENCE, YOU WILL BE BULLIED AND SCAMMED. read more
