He is attentive to his shop and interacts in a positive way with his employees and customers. This is a clean Great Clips. I miss the ""flags" they use to have between stations. I booked the appointment via text and sent pictures of exactly what I wanted to Luci. Luci is the daughter of the salon owner and she consults with her mom for advice when necessary. I can't say the cut and color turned out to be what I wanted but it wasn't bad. She was conservative on the length so the haircut process took longer than expected. I never colored my hair fully and had a feeling bleach was necessary but Luci disagreed. In the end, bleach was necessary but I did not have time to make a second visit or stay longer to do so so I just left it. Overall, the salon is clean, the staff are friendly and the haircut and color wasn't bad but again, it wasn't what I wanted and although Luci has many years of experience, she doesn't display the level of confidence I want in a stylist.

She only used a smoothing product, no volume, nothing for hold. She did not style only dried. She wanted to tease it at the end. I've styled my hair for years and can get tons of volume from product and a proper blow dry; I've never needed to tease. Waste of $30. I should have just used the hotel dryer.
