I was met with a "you Wess, come back". Then was asked what haircut I want to which I said a medium fade. That was the extent of any conversation despite me asking how her day was and such. No big deal I don't need a conversation but expected a bit more personable touch since the last couple times I've had my hair cut by others there have been met with pleasant conversations and interaction. Anyway, long story short the clippers seemed insanely dull since it felt like my hair was being yanked out of my head even after she asked me if it was pulling my hair I said yes. She left and came back with the same issue happening but she just went faster. I felt rushed thru the process and ended up with looked like a high fade with a very visible line around my head and my head slightly resembles a muffin. Also have a good bit of long hairs around my hairlines where she didn't take the time to check. Took my hat off to see if I was just overreacting and now I notice how much higher my left side is tapered apposed to the right. Unbelievable. Down right terrible. Thanks for nothing roosters. Very disappointed and will not be going back to this particular roosters or any others for that matter. I get people have bad days but my hair cut now has me going somewhere else to get fixed.

Eric, Zach, and Benito typically do it though with my luck in the wait. This place is actually fun to wait in. The conversation is fun and adult. So, remember that. You can be and talk how you really are and if casual, honest conversation scares you, they will alter the environment for you. But, I honestly hope you aren't there when I'm there because it's so much more fun when people get to be themselves. These guys do the best job and take their time.
