The two girls working here were sitting in the dark back room on their phones and were visibly pissed off we interrupted their phone time. "Check in online?" Was it. No greeting. Just an annoyed remark. We made sure they weren't closing soon (not for 40 mins) but she told us they would be cleaning up in 20... the attitude was next level. I said never mind it seemed like we were interrupting phone time and she said "well what else are we supposed to do." I took my son out of there and she told my husband HE was welcome back. I wanted a half inch trimmed off my hair. The girl couldn't do it, what she showed me was a quarter of an inch. She tried telling me five times that she would have to cut three inches off my hair. First, asked for a tapered undercut and the lady said that she "didnt have the razors to do that". She then pulls out a razor for the finishing touches of my second option. Razors are razors and Great Clips cuts mens hair as well. If she didnt know how to do it she could have gotten me someone who did know how. Then, the only reason I gave them 1 stars instead of 0 is because the next time I went, I said I didnt know what I wanted, and the cutter did "I don't know" perfectly. Just yesterday I asked for a simple trim over my ears and off of my neck, and the lady decides to cut my form of bangs completely off as well. So now its too short and completely flat. When i got home i went to my room and cried since it looked so bad. I'm done with this place since they don't know how to do things right. I took my toddler here yesterday, he didn't want to get his hair it but it was in his eyes so he needed it. Before we even start she had a whole bunch of attitude and snottily asks, "Is he going to be able to sit still so I don't cut myself" She wasn't even worried about cutting my 2 year old, just herself. And then every time he moved she would jump back. If you can't handle a toddler cut then don't do it. I would have gladly waited for someone else to cut his hair. Not to mention his hair cut is shit. Half his bangs are short the other half are the same length as they were when we walked in. There's long pieces everywhere. Needless to say we will not be going back. read more

Horrible place. I took my young granddaughter and said I wanted a trim. The stylist Casey, if you can even call her that said she needed a style. I said this is her style I just want it cleaned up. She has long hair and bags, nothing fancy. The girl rolled her eyes at me and asked if I wanted to pick a style out of a book. I said no I don't want to pick a style just trim it. She ended up taking a tiny bit off and didn't texturing it or anything. I wasted money because it doesnt even look like she got it cut, I could of done what she did. my disabled brother arrived with his walker. as he was struggling to maneuver his walker to align with the chair, the stylist sighed as she watched him and did not offer to assist by turning her chair. then he asked if she was going to wash his hair. again, she sighed and pointed to the sink 'down there!'. as she started cutting, he asked if she was going to feather it. her response was (with an attitude) 'i already cut it'. needless to say, he is not happy with this cut. after the cut as he was pushing his walker away from the chair, she pointed to his shirt sitting on the chair and stated, 'your shirt'. instead of making him turn his walker around, she could have simply helped this disabled man and carried the shirt to the check out counter. she also got attitude that he didn't know what she meant by 'tap' on the credit card machine. she was upset that she had to do it for him. when we called the manager, debbie, she simply made excuses for her stylist's behavior. needless to say, we are taking him now to get it done correctly. maybe they need to read the disability act or at least learn kindness! read more

The first time I came in the girl that cut my son's hair did an amazing job, however, every time since the stylists are always different. They aren't always friendly. The last time I went, I showed a pic to my stylist. She said she knew what she was doing. When she finished, I pulled up the pic to show her that it was not what I wanted, she didn't even layer my hair, which I said several times was what I wanted. I had great experience in this location before covid, I whet in on Saturday this past weekend. Omg... my son was pretty scared to sit by himself. I tried to put in in my lap ( hairdresser was fine with it) but someone maybe the manager came from back ( mind you the place was empty) you can do that. We have to do social distancing and if someone comes in you have to leave him here in the chair by himself. My son is 3 years old. Come on people do you even have kids. My daughter's hair was basically butchered! I said like 5 in, and it was almost double. I could tell my daughter was freaking out inside so I didn't want to mention anything. I figured if I said anything it might get even shorter. When we got home I realized how uneven it was. I can't remember the young girls name, but she has dark hair and uses pink clips. I'm horrified for my daughter and I feel so terrible I begged her to cut it. I'm afraid to have it fixed anywhere because its already so short. I will never return! You get what you pay for. I came in with my girlfriend and one of the women, lacie, that was cutting hair refused to cut my girlfriends hair due to the fact they didn't get along in high school. She made me and my girlfriend feel very uncomfortable and was outwardly talking about us in front of us as well as other customers. Horrible representation of this salon and very unprofessional. This is a great place to get a haircut. The whole staff is friendly and professional. The salon is clean. The stylists do a good job.
