She fully agreed. when she put my toner on she then went outside for a smoke break, which was marijuana and not cigarettes. She left my toner on for too long and I was now a full brunette. she told me it looked great and I would get used to it. I was not happy so I came back the following morning to have my hair re-bleached. while waiting for the salon to open, I watched her again smoked marijuana before starting her shift. my hair lightened slightly, but still nowhere near what I wanted. I was left with hair that was brittle and broken from being bleached twice in less than 24 hours and was out $300. I'm not sure if the owners know that their employees are doing drugs while their clients are sitting in the chair.

I cancelled at the last minute, my son went home sick with a stomach bug. I was not surprised to see the next day they had charged my card $300. I understand the fee. However, I was told when I called and cancelled I could use that credit to reschedule. The next week I called to book an appointment after my kids were done being sick. I tried making an appointment for Saturday. The receptionist told me she would have to call me back to confirm. I received no call back. I called again later during the day, and again could not confirm an appointment. She told me Erica was with a customer and they would let me know. I again never heard back. I called the next morning and was told that they would not be honoring booking an appointment with me . How is this okay? I have read several accounts of customers cancelling last minute due to emergencies, and in those reviews the money has been honored and put towards a service. How is it that we don't treat customers fair and equal across the board? I haven't ever really had to write a bad review or go to a manager before, I'm a normal person, a full time working mom with two little kids, I just don't understand how is this okay?

Rose has always done exactly what I ask for and somehow understands my hair better than I do! My hair always looks great! Last year, when I mentioned I needed a new nail tech, she introduced me to Amanda -- and I'm so grateful she did. I had been getting powder acrylics, which I'm allergic to, and Amanda transitioned me to gel nails that last even longer and are shaped perfectly. I always have the best time laughing at nail station with Amanda, Samantha, and even their clients. It's such a warm, fun atmosphere. I couldn't be happier with this salon!

Very said this happen to elderly that is is very difficult to get her to places to start with and was so excited to finally to get her done again because she has been in out of the hospital ! I should of listened to my gut when I saw Jessica put bleach on my already lightened ends. I also should of told her not to put it on my scalp too. She told me that my hair could withstand it, and its strong..... I had also told Jessica about prior hair history from damage, thinking that I could trust the process. When I saw it in the mirror, my heart dropped. It was definitely way darker in the back...and the front is destroyed. I didn't realize the severity of it until I got home and saw how it dried naturally, and I shouldn't of paid how much I did. Jessica told me I could come back on Monday.. When i got there Monday, the owner insisted that I needed to make an appointment, and that Jessica had other clients. I wanted to talk to the owner about the damage, but I knew in my gut I wouldn't of been heard. I just got up and walked out. Its going to take a long time to come back from this and my hair sheds a ton every time I wash.. just really bummed this happened and I've spent a lot of money on products to fix the bond damage. My hair is now on a healing journey. Lesson learned, ask questions, triple check and get to know who is doing your hair. When I tried a short haircut, the stylist left my hair at uneven, awkward lengths and I didn't even realize that until I got home. On another visit, a different stylist was so rough while washing and cutting my hair that it was actually painful. Between the poor technique and the high prices, I wouldn't recommend this place.
