She does the prettiest hair color I've ever had. (And I've had a LOT of hair colors!) Also she uses natural products which was important to me when I was pregnant. Finding a hair stylist who will do what you ask (instead of giving you the hair cut they think you need) is pretty much priceless, which is why I won't go anywhere else. I've seen another girl there, Rene, doing hair and it looks like she's really good too. She's never done my hair, but *if* I was ever going to "cheat" on Elizabeth that's who I'd go to. It's usually pretty easy to get an appointment.

She's always distracted, taking multiple calls during my appointment and she doesn't keep notes so she can't remember what we did last time. But this time, I really can't believe this, she ran out of color half way through and when she mixed up another batch, the color did not match the first batch at all. I wanted a strawberry blond balayage and what I got was back half brown and top half copper orange. $250 for an embarrassing mess I have to live with now for several weeks. Very quick to throw you under the bus and make everything your fault. My haircut was terrible! Owner ditched me when I came in for appt and tossed me to someone new to "build up her clientele" so basically I was a Guinea pig. When I confronted her for putting me in a very awkward situation she basically said she normally doesn't take new customers unless referred by existing customer, however had no problem taking my appointment!! Not one to report or put bad recommendations, this is not at all about the shop…read more DO NOT USE HANNAH AS A HAIRDRESSER, she left my hair with blues golds and blonde all in it.. told me to come back the next day and she'll fix it then proceed to tell me she couldn't do it and I'd have to wait and be charged a whole new service, and would not refund me even partially for my hair that she did not add lowlights or anything to. I'm having to go to a different hairdresser and get it fixed. Then proceed to post my hair pictures acting as if she color corrected it, and it absolutely wasn't at all color corrected. I've asked twice for the pics to be taken down because it's misleading information, and she won't. My hair is destroyed and breaking off. Absolutely terrible service from Hannah.

Your kids can play in the kid area and if they have an accident there is a changing table with wipes and diapers in the bathroom! There's also a massage chair that is free your first time...and it is awesome! It's like it has hands that pull you into the chair to make the back part go deeper. The inside is very nice with exposed brick and wood furniture. Great job refurbing the space. I've been twice so far, once for me and once for my son. My haircut turned out great and I liked the attention to detail. They use a straight razor around your neck. This is the only place in I don't know how long that hasn't missed the hairs around your ears leftover from the edge clippering. This is a great barbershop!
