I don't have to draw them in anymore, and the new brows gave me a much needed confidence boost. She first explained the whole process, and made sure I was ready before proceeding. At first, it is a little tender, but once she got the outline, and used some numbing cream, I felt nothing. She gave me excellent aftercare instructions, including a printout in case I forget.
