Do NOT come to this location. The hairdresser who did my daughter's shorter hair got a real attitude when I asked her to cut her bangs shorter than she did. I asked for the bangs to be cut above the eyebrow and they weren't even close. When I brought it to her attention she just lopped them off in one cut. And the woman who cut my other daughter's longer hair was also a disgrace. Uneven and oddly placed layers I didn't ask for. Close this location down!!!! read more

My 3 year old daughter cut her own hair. I was devastated! I didn't know where else to take her at 6:30pm. I called Great Clips and was invited to come in to fix her handy work. We were greeted by a nice woman cutting a gentleman's hair. Gabriela came down and propped my baby up in her chair. She was careful not to cut too much more than she absolutely could. She evened out my baby's hair, tied it back, and put a sweet little red clip in her hair. I also got my hair trimmed with her to make my daughter more comfortable. She cut off as much as was necessary to get rid of the breakage and still keep my length. Gabriela was just lovely and kept us in happy spirits our entire visit! She recommended different hair nutrients and shampoos to use for my postpartum hair loss/thinning too. She felt like an old friend. I left relieved and my daughter loved her haircut! The women working here are so nice and welcoming. Gabriela saved the day! I would love to come back again for our haircuts. read more

Look, you're rolling the dice any time you go to a Great Clips but this location is beyond horrible. Go to a different one. I'd say my success rate here has been about 10% and it's usually 50% lol. The last time I was here I asked for a 1 on the sides and back and untouched on top. The initial pass was too low on the side so I pointed on my head where I'd like it. Also, low or high for this is extremely standard...cue the stylist somehow buzzing closer to the top of my head. I've never done this before but I actually had to stop and just ask for a buzz cut. I'll probably continue rolling the dice at Great Clips locations simply because I can't justify spending more given I don't do much with my hair. But even though this is 3x closer to my house than any other one I am finally done coming here. read more

The beginning of the summer I thought I would try Great Clips since I figured that only taking 1-2 inches off is easy enough to where I do not need to spend $50 at a salon. Big mistake. The tall man (I am unsure of his name) who cut my hair was very friendly and kept talking as he took at least 4 inches off every where. This was after he understood I wanted minimal length off. The worst part was after that I asked for "long layers" that are just above the longest layer, he picked up the top half of my hair and chopped it with one blunt cut. Now I have spent my summer trying to grow out this awkward top half of my hair during this crazy humidity where it literally turns into a separate head of hair. Now I am off to spend $50 anyways to end up with shoulder length hair to where I started with chest length hair that I liked. read more

Wish I read the reviews before bringing my mom for a quick hair cut... We probably should have left when we weren't welcomed. (Mind you there was no one else there except two stylists) I told the stylist (Leandra) that I wanted to show her a picture of what my mom wanted and before I could even pull out my phone she said "You only came to a great clips" and I said, I'm aware but I just want to show you an example so you know what to base her trim off of. Didn't ask if the length was okay before making the initial cut, or talk at all during the cut to ask if there was anything else my mom wanted. Above all else, she's right- we only came to a great clips. You get what you pay for... but behavior in a customer- based service is important no matter the cost of the actual haircut. We will never be returning and I would suggest you take your business elsewhere. read more

The good part of my visit was the online scheduling worked well. My spot opened up shortly after I walked in the door. But the quality of hair cut was the worst ever. Seriously. I have been here twice: both times I had my hair cut by the same Indian woman, and both times she did awful. I ask for a simple buzz cut and leave satisfied, but when I look closer after getting home I see that she has missed spots, altogether ignored around the ears, and unevened my sideburns. This Great Clips is closest to our home but I had my last straw today. After a few really bad hair cuts and cut in lines (we check in online) today I came in with 2 very tired children. I purposely waited until there was a 1 minute wait to walk in. The stylist took the man that was sitting there instead of us. I commented and the manager (the other stylist) said, what is she supposed to do, make him sit down again. Well he was still in his seat when we walked in. It was our turn, that is the WHOLE point of online check in. Regardless, my son gets his hair cut (she nipped both of his ears) and we go to pay. She claims to accidentally have overcharged by $2.00. She did say something right away, but i think she had remorse, realizing what she did. She did not charge him for an adult hair cut (as I thought). She charged him for a children's hair cut ($13) but ran $15 on the credit card. Needless to say, I would NEVER stiff a service worker, and had planned to tip her $4.00 regardless. But it was when I noticed that she didn't charge for an adult hair cut as she originally said, she charged for a children's and added $2.00. I will not be back, I am sure they are not sad about that! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else . Yes, this place is cheap but there is a reason why it's so cheap! The staff is friendly but they're not well trained so they really don't know how to cut your hair the way you wanted. It seems like they can cut little boys hair but if you're a female looking for a haircut, I would highly recommend going to other places where you will pay a little more and get the cut you want! read more

She then but the back of my hair. It was way too short. She asked how was it. I said it was way too short but it wasn't like she could put it back on.
