We are extremely happy with the addition build that Peter and his crew did for us just recently. We also had a bank monitored construction loan through Peters company, and I can tell you that it is extremely strict and Peter had to put up the funding for every construction phase and his craftsmanship had to not only pass with the town inspector but the bank inspector as well! So it was physically impossible for anyone to get robbed like the gentleman who posted the false review on Peter(Shame on that man) from the moment we sat down with Peter till the end when we gave the final payment, Peter made sure to make us feel like we were his number one priority and was always the first to show up and the last to leave to make sure things were clean and tidy. His crew was amazing and very detailed oriented. They always made sure to respect our home when entering and leaving, and kept our home and yard extremely clean and organized. We got exactly what we paid for and we believe whole heartedly that we got the best bang for our buck as we went shopping around prior and found all the other contractors were to say the least not polite or cared about what we wanted and or took the time to find out what our wants and needs were. He hired Great Dane to build our addition through the bank on a construction loan like Peter requested, as he stated it puts all the financial burden on the contractor which made a lot of sense to us. This bank monitored loan was amazing as we knew exactly how much was going out every time with our signatures and inspections signatures from both the bank and ten inspectors. We loved how much Peter made sure daily that we were informed of what the next steps and phases of construction were! Not only did he do a great job on our build, his crew was phenomenal to say the least. We loved Don and Chris and how respectful there were in and around our home! Peter just recently contacted me and requested for me to provide him with the opportunity to let him make things right with the deck that his workers built for me. Reluctantly, I agreed to let him stop by himself, so that he could see the deck and talk to me about what it was lacking as far as final detail work. He pointed out some things that even I had missed and promised that he would make it right. I figured that I really had nothing to loose to let him try after he told me that he had a new group of guys and they were a lot lore experienced than the other crew. I am so glad I did! They spent two days here removing, replacing and upgrading the things that were discussed, plus some. Totally different experience!
