I personally order in person much more frequently, but can't deny the convenience and definitely see the pros. Ultimately, their green tea was bland, and the decent boba couldn't quite make up for that. Still, it wasn't much better or worse than other Gong Cha locations or similar chains. I like CoCo for their use of lactaid milk (they have an oat milk option as well). The Matcha Latte (Less Ice, No Additional Sugar) is a newer item for them. It tasted like matcha latte powder, not matcha powder, as there is a slight sweetness, even with the no additional sugar option. I am not a fan of these types of Matcha Lattes, so I'll stick to other drinks. The Three Guys (Less Ice, No Additional Sugar) is always a good drink to get! It's their regular milk tea with the boba, pudding and herbal jelly. I like to get it as a "dessert".
