Came here for a cold refreshing drink and was not disappointed. Picked this out of the many in the area due to the ability to customize tea strength. Ordered their boba milk tea with stronger tea flavor and wasn't disappointed. Rich black tea flavor and the boba was just the right amount of chew.
Love the bubble tea here! The tea has a strong flavor instead of being overly sweet, which I really enjoyed. When I visited, they were also running a World Cup BOGO promotion, making it an even better value. Definitely worth stopping by if you're craving a quality cup of bubble tea.
Yuzu osmanthus green tea at 30%, less ice, regular tea strength was a perfect thirst quencher. The tea was a perfectly balanced citrus to tea ratio and not-too-sweet. The service is standard and ambiance feels natural. There is small amount of seating (seats 5 or so people). The drinks are a little expensive. I think this was a $6.75 drink. I'd come back to try the boba.
I love that they let you choose how strong you want your tea. A lot of places serve tea that's very diluted and just not good. I like my tea strong! The eggy cakes are nice, I love the filling choices.
Came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. They have 2 kiosk machines where you can place your order and I ordered their yuzu osmanthus green tea, tieguanyin milk tea, and their yuzu custard egg cakes. Their yuzu osmanthus green tea was refreshing and perfect if you don't want anything too heavy. The yuzu wasn't very overpowering and the green tea flavor was still prominent. The only thing is I couldn't really taste any osmanthus. The tieguanyin milk tea was a surprise as it wasn't too milky or heavy. It had just the right amount of sweetness (I chose 30% sugar as I don't like anything too sweet). The tea flavor was strong and you can tell they use better tea base compared to other competitors. The yuzu egg cake was soft and fluffy, and the yuzu custard was smooth with just the right amount of citrus flavor. Each other comes with 5 little cakes and they are also made with a super cute mold. Overall, I enjoyed their tea and cakes. They have a wide selection of teas on their menu, ranging from milk teas to fruit teas, and I particularly like their tea base. I would definitely go back to try out other items on their menu.
By far my fave bubble tea place in NYC. You have to try the no-frills classic black milk tea with boba - easy to drink and sooo smooth. Nice clean ambiance, fast service. This location tasted 80% similar to the one I had in Taiwan, which is pretty impressive considering we're thousands of miles away.
Tried their ube fresh milk drink and really enjoyed the small chunks of ube in the drink (wish there was a bit more of it though). It is a decent non-caffeinated drink option. You can adjust sugar, ice, and milk type (organic whole milk, soy milk, or oat milk). Ordering is done via the kiosks by the window. The interior was clean with some bar seating on the right. I really like that they have a place to sit as many of the other bbtea places are takeout only. Looking forward to trying their other drinks, such as their osmanthus series.
Today I ordered the coconut ube bubble milk tea, soooooooooo good!!! Tons of coconut flavor and the ube tasted fresh. It took a while, but it was really good!! Overall: Will definitely go back if in the area.
Had TP Tea for the first time in Taiwan and really liked it so was surprised to find them in NYC too. The classic milk tea is the best and I especially like it when there is grass jelly in it. This location is pretty spacious and there are some seats for you to enjoy your bubble tea. But of course it can get crowded sometimes.
I orderer my usual black tea with foam cap and boba and it was so GOOD! Amazing tea quality and flavor, perfect sweetness level (50%) and the boba was just the right size and chewiness. 10/10 across the board.
Had an oolong milk tea (no sugar) with red bean and it was great. It's clear that the ingredients are high quality and I loved how I could choose to have a stronger tea in the drink. It wasn't too busy on a Monday afternoon but I can definitely see the place getting crowded on weekends.
This is THE place to go for mango pomelo sago. I was sad that Partea NYC closed its Flushing location, but TP Tea does this drink even better! So creamy, flavorful, and lots of sago!
Had to get two passion fruit green teas on this trip, I love this tea spot so much!! I appreciate that you can choose the strength of the tea. The place gets busy but the wait is not too long. We sat inside eating our custard treats and they were playing fun music, not too loud :)

Drink: This is a Taiwanese tea shop serving a variety of drinks. I tried the lychee tea with homemade lychee jelly. The drink was refreshing and not sweet (tastes good even with 0% sugar). Sugar level, ice level, and strength of tea flavor are customizable. Service: Staff are friendly! Ambiance: The shop is a good size, but there are only about 5 seats total in the whole place. Overall, I would recommend this tea shop! read more
I've been missing the custard cakes from Taiwan and ventured here to cry and they didn't disappointed! The custard filling is good and the cake is very soft. Love the fun shapes, but wished the exterior was just a little bit crispier. Also, nothing beats a classic milk tea loaded with toppings like the noodle jelly. read more

3.5 stars Very solid bubble tea drinks. I thoroughly enjoyed my Yuzu osmanthus green tea with QQ noodles. The tea was freshly brewed and had a strong flavor and was perfectly complimented by some sweetness from the yuzu. QQ noodles had an interesting texture and was fun to chew on. Not many people inside the store but they had a ton of orders for delivery so it did take while to get our drinks after we ordered on the kiosk. My only gripe is that it was $8+ for my drink but that's practically the norm at all bubble tea shops in NYC nowadays. Rounding up for the friendly service. read more

I was in Flushing looking for a good boba spot when I came across TP Tea. The interior was simple but very clean, and the workers were friendly. I ordered the regular boba milk tea since I like to judge a boba place by basic drinks. The drink had just the right balance of richness and tea flavor! The boba was also cooked perfectly- chewy and soft. I definitely recommend TP Tea as a solid boba spot in Flushing! read more

I tried the Mango Pomelo Sago since we prefer more fruity drinks to just tea. I think it might be the most expensive drink on the menu..after tax it's almost $9 but it's delicious...we used the kiosk to order so it was pretty quick. It was really cold that day so the place didn't have that many customers at the time.. Lots of sago in every sip but lots of fruit flavor. It might be our favorite fruit tea out of all the ones we've tried so far in Flushing. We don't go to bubble tea shops often but when we do we always get the most exp fruit tea or the most popular.. This one stands out for a reason cuz it's so good....I did lower the sugar and tasted very natural.. might try 50% next time...since I think 75% was still pretty sweet and it was just slightly tart from the pomelo. read more
This is one of my favorite bubble tea spots in Flushing. Their drinks aren't overly sweet, and you can customize the tea strength and sugar level to your liking. The service is decent. Even when they're busy, they pay close attention to the quality of their drinks. The space is small, but cozy which is great! I love the simplicity of the decoration. I'm thrilled they've opened in Flushing! I first tried their bubble tea in Dallas, and I hope they continue to expand throughout NYC. read more
Saw some locals drinking this tea. Decided to try it out. Didn't realize it was connected to the original bubble tea shop in Taiwan that is credited for inventing bubble tea. Have gotten TP Tea a few times since they've opened and tried a bunch of drinks on their osmanthus menu - milk teas and fruit teas. I like the osmanthus tieguanyie and the 3q TP Milk tea. I usually get 30% sugar but I got 15% today and my drink still happened to be pretty sweet. Overall good bubble tea and I like that you can order online and pick it up! read more

Keepin it real out here in Flushing The boba competition is getting out of hand, this spot however has been consistent and solid with their customer service at every visit. Store is pretty, high ceiling and the drink menu is comprehensive. Have seasonal drinks to keep it interesting. No crazy lines like other places. read more

Absolutely LOVE the milk tea here!! This place seems fairly new as the decoration inside is very modern and clean. You order eat the kiosk and there is limited seating, and it takes a bit for your drink to come out. However, the drinks are HUGE and I honestly could not finish it all.. The drink with mango pomelo sago was a little too much as each sip gave me a mouthful of sago.. definitely lower the sugar level as it gets a bit hard to finish after drinking about half! Will definitely come back for their various milk tea series though (: read more

Small bubble tea spot. The spot is located on prince street. It is a very busy street so it's better to walk as you'll not find a parking spot. You might be able to park a few blocks away and walk. You can order ahead, on a kiosk, or register. They have a huge variation of teas. Teas are very authentic and not those powdered up teas you get at some places. I had the mango crema tea with a green tea base it was absolutely delicious and the creama on top tasted like vanilla ice cream. My husband got a passion green tea with bubbles. Both teas were really good. I would definitely come back here again. read more
Absolutely packed when I went in. They have a counter and a kiosk for ordering, as well as online ordering. You can see the status of your order on the screen behind the counter. The Pink Crema Tieguanyin Tea (15% sugar, light ice) was good. The cream has a lighter saltiness than most places, which I guess is because of the pink salt. Not my preference though. There is a strong tieguanyin flavor, which is always a plus for me. I do feel like Tieguanyin is better hot though. The QQ TP Milk Tea was pretty good. QQ noodles are unique and enjoyable to chew on. Coffee jelly adds a wonderful hint of coffee into the milk tea. Definitely recommend getting this drink. They also have a 3Q version with boba added in, but I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much (personally preference) A cool new milk tea spot worth checking out for their more unique drinks! I will be back for the QQ TP Milk Tea. read more
Really enjoyed the strawberry green milk tea with boba here! We stumbled upon TP Tea after dinner, and thankfully managed to place our order right before they closed up shop. Service was great - even though we came right at closing, the staff was patient while we skimmed the menu quickly. The strawberry green MT is a blend of fresh strawberries and milk tea, and it is so delicious! There's the perfect balance between both the freshness of the strawberries & the refreshing milk tea. The boba here has great texture and size - it's a bit on the smaller side. I got 80% sugar on my drink and it was perfect. Price errs on the pricier end for boba, at around $8, but not outrageous compared to other places. Parking here is a pain - definitely one of those park wherever you can and just walk over situations. read more
(Overall: B) - TP Tea has a small menu with a few interesting items, namely their osmanthus series. Their shop is cute, but quite small with only a few seats and is mainly for takeout so I would recommend as such. The tea seems high quality and would recommend! (Yuzu Osmanthus Tea: A) - This was quite a pleasant drink that really nicely balanced the acidic yuzu and the floral osmanthus with sweetness in a way where no any one flavor is particularly overpowering.
