Even in extreme heat warnings for the day, he took his time in the attic making that everything was covered. His inspections were very through and even impressed my wife with his vast knowledge of materials, quality of work, and house in general was outstanding. He was able to notice that we had a wall in the house that was not part of the original design of the house. I couldn't see it. He does have some fantastic stories of previous inspections, I hope I don't become one of those, Hahaha. Again, I do highly recommend him for any inspection services that you have on a home. Also his website was updated to look way better and easier to navigate around, which he let me know of after I complained about it.

He drove all the way from S Gilbert to Apache Junction and did not charge them extra like many home inspectors would. He is not the cheapest guy out there but from experience he is the best. You can do things, good, cheap, and fast, but never have all three at the same time. Kelly took his time finding every detail that was wrong or could have been an issue with the home. He took the time to explain everything. He did find concealed water damage, potential mold problems, that their insulation was inadequate, and hazardous electrical issues. His inspection was awesome because it required the seller to fix several of these issues before they purchased the home. On the first night after closing on the home, the upstairs shower leaked heavily into the downstairs living room the moment it was used. This was not a slow or hidden issue-it was immediate and obvious. The inspection report made no mention of any shower leak and does not indicate that the shower was tested at all. Had even a basic functional test been performed, this problem would have been discovered before closing on the house. While the inspector was somewhat friendly (assuming this is where the positive reviews are coming from) the inspection itself was clearly not thorough. Missing a major, active plumbing failure raises serious concerns about the quality and reliability of the service provided. I would not recommend this inspector. Look elsewhere if you expect a competent, comprehensive inspection!
