Thorough inspection. Reasonable pricing. I added a sewer inspection and he took several videos of the sewer and identified a short stretch of old orangeburg. But the thing that I really appreciated was that after the inspection, they've already been paid, and I'm hiring people to do the repairs. I texted the inspector several times for follow up details and help weeding out the bs of some of the tradespeople trying to sell me stuff. He was responsive and helpful, even though he didn't need to be. Turnaround time was also good. I hired them and they were out for the inspection within a couple of days. The report came same day. Absolute Professionalism from start to finish. The inspector, Jeremy installed a sign in the yard which read "inspection in process" when he started the inspection and I thought that was neat! With us being out of towners, we had a lot of questions and Jeremy would immediately answer our question, followed up by a short video. Hired Patterson because we are fed up each time other contractors come out to fix issues they give us $20k-$30k+ quotes for "immenant problems". So we figured we get an unbiased opinion on the condition of our home as we look to prioritize which renovation projects we want to tackle. 1st impressed with how fast they responded in giving us a quote and prices. 2nd their final report is amazing! They provide color coded list of things to be fixed making it easier to keep track of what needs repairing. 3rd Jeremy was very professional and did a through inspection of our house, he also took the time to give us a walkthrough with instant photos and video at the end for us to keep and was very knowledgeable.
