In 20 minutes, Dustin gave me options that fit my budget and free iphone 11s for switching. I had 2 new phones at the end of the week. It would have been quicker, but took an hour to migrate data - he was attentive and multi-tasking the whole time, especially since I kept adding things like screen covers and otterboxes. When my phone had an issue and I had to come back the next day, he did everything in his power and it was fixed before I left the store. Like any phone store, you need patience, but Dustin really knows his stuff. Would go back in a heartbeat.
