While waiting for Max his colleague asked a question about another customer who was on the phone and he said to tell the customer "just come in to the store we don't have time for this" I was done. I do not want to do business with leadership like that. I work in retail and have dealt with all kinds of situations but one I will not tolerate is rudeness. I will never come back to this store as long as he is there. I welcome any upper management to contact me.

Heather J. the employee that took my bankcard and set up my new automatic payment set it up for the following the month. Two days later my phone service was shut off and in order to turn it back on I had to pay a $15.00 fee. It's obvious to me that this is a giant scam. The other employees at the store wouldn't even call a manager to get the fee reversed even though it was Heather J. the employee that works there fault because she is unaware of how to do her job properly. The phone plan was good, better than some, same as some, but what sold me fully was the staff. Friendly, patient and knowledgeable they definitely stood out, especially when compared to several other places in Merrillville that I had visited over the past couple weeks. I went in on a Friday, not much before closing time. I did not feel rushed or like I was being sold a phone simply because it was in stock (which was the case at two other phone places). The porting of the number from Boost took awhile (due to Boost) yet the staff were pleasant and helpful while we waited. Definitely recommend.
