Food court with many different restaurants
    Evan L.

I love this mall! My friends and I play arcade games for hours at the Round1 arcade. The mall is absolutely massive with hundreds of stores that always have good deals. Primark is an incredible store to visit for high quality clothing for low prices. The food court has so many options! I recommend Sakura Japan for some savory Lo mein. The ice cream place near the carousel is amazing as well. There's so much to do and see in this mall.

Just past by Great Lakes Crossing Outlets with the Moon shining! :)

Round 1 @ Great Lakes Crossing Outlets

i can't believe I've never written a review for Great Lakes Crossing! This is one of the best shopping malls EVER, but only if you love a sale...AND WHO DOESN'T LOVE A SALE?! I've been coming here basically all my life and Great Lakes has only become more and more exclusively outlets (minus the bigger "activity" based businesses like Lego World and that new Peppa Pig one). This place has it all from Shinola and Michael Kors outlets to Forever 21 and Outdoor World! I love the layout of this mall too - it's one giant oval, so if you're planning to just do a lap and don't have any specific stores you're trying to hit, you can literally park anywhere along the perimeter and walk the loop! On top of the shops, there's a food court on one end and a movie theater on the other, tons of restaurants, arcade/entertainment spots, the list goes on! There is truly something for everyone here and it's just brilliant! Love GLC!

It's a wide variety of stores and definitely worth the experience, the workers there are friendly and helpful whenever looking for a specific store. The quality of the food i've tried there is really no matter from which food area you select. Prices aren't too high in stores the best amount of money you could bring here is $50 depending on what store you go to. Overall love this mall!

THE LARGEST BED BUG IVE EVER SEEN
    Amanda M.

Well, they have the most chaotic selection of shoes and clothing, men's and women's mixed with no size order. The workers are just throwing things wherever there is space. Then there's bed bugs, I'm not talking tiny lil guys, these things are as big as a queen ant. I ran out of there so fast and put back what I was going to buy. Nope.

Great Lakes Crossing is the largest outlet in Michigan. There are a variety of clothing, shoe, and electronics stores including Guess, Coach, Marshall's, and Foot Locker. The outlets also have a large food court and dessert vendors like caramel Apples, cupcakes and ice cream. There is parking surrounding the outlets. Each area of the outlet is labeled by districts and the entry doors are also labeled to assist with knowing your location. The stores within the outlets are reasonably priced compared to malls with similar stores.

We love PF Chang's and Shake Shack. I am excited to try Pokeworks at some point. I love Sephora. I am sad that Parisian/ Carsen's went out of business, but we do go to the new store from time to time. Even though this is a tiny outdoor mall, I do come to their events. This event was the Harry Potter Butterbeer Truck activity. I believe I found it first on the official Harry Potter site, then on local advertisements. It was so fun. We actually stood in line for two hours, but it was so nice out, it was worth it just soaking up the Spring air and sunshine and people watching. They have had reindeer and petting farms here during Christmas. I love their Christmas lights. We have gone to their very small art fairs and other outdoor community activities. As some stores close, they seem to find new ones to open and new restaurants, which is great. I hope they continue to plan community activities, we will continue to visit. Under Armour came to mind, and after cruising their website, I decided to stop in to their location here to see what I could find. I was looking for specific items, preferably yoga shorts, since I'm down to one pair. (I'm also looking for tank tops and a sports bra, but no rush on those.) Anyway, what I like about the website and the store is they carry a multitude of sizes for women who aren't X-small. (here's looking at you, lululemon.) as someone who falls somewhere between an XL and 1X (depending on the fit and my personal preferences) Under Armour carries it all! I walked into the store and it was neatly organized by gender and style. They have a clearance section in the back which I checked out as well, but didn't find anything that I really needed. While the brand isn't cheap, I happened to get the after Christmas sale of 60% off. I had an associate help me find the yoga shorts I was looking for, was able to try them on in their generously sized changing rooms, and check out in no time. I also happened to notice they had a variety of water bottles which I was also in need of. (I like to have at least two in case one gets hung up in the dishwasher.) They had at least three different styles from what I could tell, starting at $11. I think the most expensive one I saw was $25, but that was to big and heavy for my yoga practice. With the sale of 60% off, I was able to get my yoga pants for $24 compared to $60, and the water bottle was $4.40 instead of $11. Check out was easy and quick, so that was a bonus. I don't know if they take internet returns here, but even if they didn't that's fine also. The stores located between entrance 1 and 8, so you don't have to walk to far if you park in the right area. I accepted the position excited to learn, grow, and build a career with the company. Instead, I found myself in an environment where I felt criticized far more often than I was coached. The turning point came when I scheduled a meeting with the store manager, Kelly, because I genuinely wanted feedback on how I could become more successful in my role. I expected a conversation about performance, training, and development. Instead, I was repeatedly told that several situations reflected "character flaws." As someone who asked for feedback, that was both surprising and discouraging. One mistake involved accidentally miscounting a register by $10 while exchanging bills. At the time, I was told it was a common mistake that even experienced employees make. Later, that same incident was used as evidence of a "character flaw." I also took accountability for other mistakes throughout training because I wanted to learn, but I often felt my honesty was met with criticism instead of coaching. The training itself was inconsistent. I often felt I was expected to know procedures that had never been fully explained. Assistant Manager Deb spent much more time pointing out mistakes than teaching me how to avoid them. Ironically, the person I learned the most from was another Keyholder, Jazmyne, who had only been hired about a week before I was. She was patient, helpful, and willing to answer questions whenever I asked. I was also told that my appearance was "more Forever 21 than Brooks Brothers." If there were concerns about dress code or brand standards, I believe those expectations could have been communicated professionally without making personal comparisons. After serving several years in the United States Army, I understand accountability, discipline, and receiving constructive criticism. I have never expected special treatment. However, there is a difference between coaching an employee to improve and making comments about their character. After being informed that I would be demoted from Keyholder to Sales Associate, I reflected on my experience and chose to resign. While resigning was my decision, I did not feel I could continue in an environment where I no longer felt respected, supported, or fairly evaluated. I hope Brooks Brothers reviews the training and leadership practices at this location. Employees deserve clear expectations, consistent coaching, and respectful communication--especially when they are genuinely trying to succeed. For days after that meeting, I carried the weight of what was said to me. I felt ashamed, disappointed in myself, and even questioned whether the comments about my character were true. Those words had a real impact on me. After taking time to reflect, I realized that no employee should leave a performance discussion feeling personally diminished for seeking guidance. That realization is why I chose to speak up. I am not sharing my experience because I am unwilling to accept feedback or accountability. I am speaking up because I believe there is a difference between coaching an employee and making personal judgments about their character. I refuse to walk away believing that asking for help, making mistakes while learning, or seeking to improve makes me fundamentally flawed. I will not go through my career with my head down because of one manager's opinion. Not for Brooks Brothers, and not for anyone. I hope sharing my experience encourages the company to reflect on how feedback is delivered so that future employees are developed with respect, professionalism, and dignity.

I was here for the holidays and the lines went to the back of the store both times that I visited. The merchandise was selling out so quickly. I especially appreciated how the staff was working so hard to get people shoes to try on. The place was so packed and the staff here was very helpful. My advice is to come the first few hours that this store is open, when things are freshly stocked. The ladies section seems to be missing sizes beyond L and that is a problem for women like me who love to buy XL for my fit. Great place to buy special gifts for the athletes in my family, thanks.

If you're looking for a deal regarding Nike, then this is your store. If you're looking for…read moreanything else then this isn't really your store. The store itself is a hodgepodge of clearance items. Good luck trying to put a cute workout outfit together here because it's pretty much impossible. But what is possible is to find deeply discounted Nike items. Another tip of note - ALL SALES FINAL. They make it very obvious going through the store, signs at the cash register, and the staff let you know before swiping your card. The store has items for all ages. The women's section is pretty underwhelming. All of the clothes are pretty much on circular racks within the store and very close to one another. One rack had sports bras, another had shorts, another had tanks, and another had active outdoor wear. If you dig enough you probably can find a deal. But like I mentioned earlier it's hard finding coordinated outfits because everything is just all over the place. Shoes are in the back while men's is to the right of the entrance. Fitting rooms have 3 stalls and during a busy Saturday afternoon, they were pretty messy. However, staff were very nice and helpful. If you're on the hunt to find a deal then definitely check the store out. Your patience and time will reward you. Park at entry 8 to get here the quickest and the store itself is within district 9.
