We always hit Cherry Republic (which is down the street) and then, while my husband let's the kids run around in the (beautifully redone) park across the street - I head to Imagine That to take it all in. The place inspires in me what my husband refers to the "Target-Thousand-Yard Stare" - which apparently the look I get on my face when I browse the aisles of Target, child free. (You know what I'm talking about, fellow moms ;). The shop is beautifully curated. You know that whoever does the buying for this place puts a tremendous amount of heart into the items they select. There are seasonal items like graduation gifts, Mother's/Father's Day presents, and even Christmas ornaments that are perfect souvenirs to remind you of beautiful Glen Arbor in all its summertime glory when you're putting up your Christmas tree in December. They have home decor, coffee table books and a nice selection of candles. They also carry beautifully designed jewelry and a stylish selection of scarves. That definitely took away from the overall experience. That said, this won't be our last visit. We'll give Cherry Republic another try, but unfortunately, this visit just wasn't great.

They have jewelry, items for the house and garden, old post cards, pottery, masks, drinking glasses...we had a good time just poking around to see what they had. The owner was friendly and asked if we needed help, and left us to wander. We ended up buying stone earrings for $10 each. We enjoyed the store and recommend checking it out if you are in the area.
