First time coming here, me and my wife recently visited this place just browsing around stores. The owners there were very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival and this store offered a lot of home decor, i really enjoyed the wacky socks upstairs. There are plenty of great items feed you here. Overall, I did find a store a little bit overpriced but many of the items I've seen it various other home goods stores. Everyone here was so nice. Lots of cool stuff to look at, I got a great pair of socks, but I wanted to buy so much more. I'll definitely make it a point to stop here when we make it back to Traverse City. I loved the variety. There were some really cute odds and ends, and jewelry, bags, pins, socks...etc, all at fair prices! Just a really cool store with friendly staff. I loved it. The selection here was amazing. The prices were not bad and the staff is willing to help. I have always wanted a witches ball and they had them. The staff took it down for me and wrapped it so well. This by far was my favorite gift shop in the downtown area. read more

My Secret Stash is definitely worth checking out for fun gifts in Traverse City! Slightly off the Front Street drag (though you can literally see it from Front Street, a stone's throw down Cass), My Secret Stash has all the Michigan-themed tourist goodies you could want! I availed myself of an assortment of magnets and pins. There's a focus on MI artists which is always encouraging and adds a special local touch as well. While I could keep this place "my little secret," I want to get the word out about My Secret Stash so you can enjoy it too! Check it out when you are downtown. read more

If you are looking for a souvenir that is local, look no further. This place is packed with all sorts of local goodies, from soaps to jewelry, clothes to house decor, they really focus on displaying local artists. Yes it means it can be a little pricey, but we're talking local thoughtful pieces of art. We stumbled upon this place last summer while walking around Traverse City. It looked fun and the signs promote the local artists, so we stopped in. It's definitely impressive. Take your time to look around at all the various arts and wares being sold. There is a back room dedicated to children and an upstairs for house decor. The down stairs has more of your clothing, jewelry, and other souvenir like memoirs. After wandering around for a bit, we decided on a canvas print to bring home with us. Every vacation, we find a piece of local art and have a shelf we set it on. Stories are told and memories are made. So luckily this place has become part of a story for us to tell our guests! Keep it going! read more

Darling little shop in the heart of downtown Traverse City. So many neat and very artistic items to choose from. I could have bought the entire store out. Fell in love with Michigan map ceramic coasters. Many different and unique top notch Michigan souvenirs. The staff was super sweet very helpful and not pushy at all. This is a store is a must! My Secret Stash is slightly off the main drag of Traverse City, but what a gem! The staff was extremely friendly and the store was full of all sorts of unique artist items rather than your standard tourist items. Granted, you did have a selection of those things. But they had a make your own necklace/bracelet bar, local artist items including bullet jewelry, beer carriers, kitchenware, plates, tiles, stickers, clothing, etc. If I hadn't been mostly done with my Christmas shopping I could have easily gotten some done here. I'm so excited about the wine and rocks glasses I got for our gift exchange and a surprise t-shirt for the hubby. Definitely check this place out before hitting the main street! read more
