Treated us as though we were not worth his time and rather than help us understand he was just rude and offered no help except to tell us what was wrong with our situation and not offer suggestions or help. I fianlly returned his attitude and left. He could have cared less. We went the next day to another tax professional who went above and beyond to help us and it was not nearly as bad as this block advisor made it seem.
