Austin responded promptly to our request on Yelp and provided us with an excellent quote for his services. He provided us with many photos for FEMA of the damage done and stayed in constant communication with my wife about this project. I wish all businesses were as professional and courteous as Austin and his crew. They did an excellent job at carefully removing the trees and hauled away the debris. Not only that, but they tacked down a large tarp on the roof of the home to protect the roof from further weather damage and trimmed up a nearby palm tree at no cost. Could you ask for anything more??? I don't think so. Hopefully, we will not be subject to another storm like Milton, but there is no doubt that if we need his services, we will be calling Austin's Tree Service. You should too!!

In addition, we had an extremely tall overgrown tree where limbs were extending too close over our roof and electrical service lines. Rob was our point person. Came out and gave us a quote promptly. Workers arrived straightaway and dutifully cut down the shrubs and tree limbs in record time. They had to work on our neighbor's side, and conversed with him accordingly. This company tried to scam me by demanding full price after not finishing the job. They left my…read moreproperty damaged, a hole in my gate, gouged and scraped driveway, and damaged flower dividers. Along with debris left in my yard and litter in the form of cigarette butts and bottle caps throughout my yard. Once I noticed there lies I canceled the check to force them to return to fix what they have damaged. We agreed on a reduced price and wrote up a simple contract which they signed and I paid in full. Several hours afterwards they call me up demanding more money and threatening legal action. AVOID AVOID AVOID. RUN FAR AWAY from this company. A complaint with the Better Business Bureau has been filed and legal action will be sought out if they continue to harass me.
