2 Men And A Tree - A tree service company (My review: Being…read moreposted at various sites) INITIAL ESTIMATE DATE: I met with Aubrey in Clearwater after giving him a rough description of what I was looking for job-wise over the phone. He and I did a walk-around on the property as I quickly explained what I would like to see done. He continued to survey the job and wrote me an estimate. Before leaving he went around one more time and, in detail, explained what he could do to give the most curb appeal to the home. I want to note that I felt that the price quoted was quite satisfactory for the tasks performed. PATIENCE: I had some unforseen medical issues arise personally and also with a family member. This saw an unfortunate delay to initiating my desired project. These guys understood my situation and weren't intrusive. I liked that aspect. It was apreciated that I had time to heal and get things right with my family first. HIRED: The guys came out to the site and worked it to beyond expectations. I didn't hound them or oversee all operations. I let them do their thing... it is what they do... and they do it well. AFTERMATH: Here it is, less than 24 hours after the service was rendered and I have already had neighbors call and compliment the visual improvement to the property. I will recommend them to others based on their work ethic. I truly felt that the property was tended to as if it was their own. This defines reason that I chose 2 Men And A Tree over the others.The extra mile that they included in their quote was obvious at the end of the day. What they did in a single session would have easily taken me many times that... plus the hauling away of pre-existing debris extended the value of the deal (f,urthermore I would have had to rent a pick-up or U-haul truck). I can't say enough good things about this company! They're at my home just about every other week, and I never have to call to ask if they're coming. I'm able to relax and pretty much forget about my lawn because I know it's being taken care of. There's no goofing off from any of the crew members. Each member seems to have their own job, which makes the service so much more efficient. The main concern I had about hiring someone was that my pool enclosure does not have a guard on it. So, I was quick to tell Will not to weed eat along the edge, I would have my husband do it so they don't tear the screen. My concern was addressed immediately, and I was assured they could do it and not tear my screen. We've been a client for a few months, now, and they weed eat along the edges of my enclosure without any mistakes. I'm thrilled! That's one less task for the hubs! We also hired Will's Lawn Care to help my mother-in-law who was in a bind. She had just moved into a 55+ mobile home community, where the previous owner had rocks for a lawn. My MIL received a notice from the park that she had a certain amount of time to get sod planted. We called Will and he promptly helped us out with the service. Within a week or two, he had his whole team laying sod at my MIL house and was done within hours. Then, he took it a step further and checked on her lawn since he was in the area with another client. That little something extra is just not heard of anymore. The customer service is fantastic, and I've never expected to find such an incredible company. I hope and pray they never leave the area. I'm convinced there's no other lawn company out there like Will's Lawn Care & Tree Service. Will, if you're reading this - we have a list going for tree work this winter! :)

Sadly, I will not work with nor recommend these guys to any of my neighbors…read more My wife wanted some trees downed in our yard and saw an ad on Craigslist for Free Estimates for Tree Work. She immediately called and the gentleman came down within 20 minutes. He looked at what we wanted done and gave us an Estimate and told us they could do it in one day. They would bring a large truck to help get the taller part of the trees and clean it up same day. I requested he have it schedule on my day off from work on a Wednesday, which he said would not be a problem. When Wednesday rolled around he did not show up until late in the afternoon and it was only him and another gentleman in his pickup truck. This other gentleman had to take a lot of direction, indicating that he had no idea what he was doing and for all I know didn't even work for the company. They cut down the larger tree and only half of one of the Pine Trees and called it a day. There were still 2 palms and now 1.5 Pine Trees Remaining and no truck to clean up the mess. During one of the days I had to work they decided to come back down with the larger truck, more people and remove the 2 palm trees and the remainder of the half pine tree that was left. There was another man there, the supervisor, who told my wife that he couldn't do the last pine tree because the guy quoted us too low. I was not home to argue with him and with the number of men there my wife was uncomfortable to say anything. They never came back after that except when they sent the company down to do the stump grinding. So I never was able to speak to someone face-to-face about the mis-quote and disrespectful use of our time. If one of your guys gives a customer an estimate and that price is agreed upon before the job starts a company should not change their agreement and not finish the job. If their employee failed to give a proper estimate then that employee should be taken aside after the job is done properly and trained to do a better job not be taken out on the customer who is the one paying for the job.
