Shortly after the procedure I began experiencing severe sensitivity to hot, cold, and even room temperature food/drinks. The pain lingers and I now deal with random throbbing throughout the day. This is not normal and has not improved with time. When I went back to have this addressed, I asked to see a different dentist/team for a second set of eyes. They adjusted my bite and applied fluoride, but nothing changed. I was then told that if it still hurt after two months, it likely wouldn't get better. When I first asked for my X-rays, I was told they typically only send them to another dentist and was encouraged to come back in instead. Now that I've decided to seek a second opinion elsewhere, they sent my X-rays immediately with no attempt to resolve the issue further. The procedure itself was also a terrible experience. The numbing injection was extremely painful and sent a shock through my entire body that briefly left me feeling paralyzed. I have never had dental pain like this in my life, and it has significantly affected what and how I eat. At this point, I am seeking care elsewhere. If you value your health and comfort, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before committing to treatment here.

Please read these reviews carefully before bringing your camera here for repair. You'll notice a…read moresurprising number of people who've had similar experiences: they bring their cameras in, weeks and months go by without any progress or communication, and in the end, their cameras are picked up without ever having been repaired. It's an infuriating experience. You should carefully consider if you want the same experience, because it will happen again, possibly to you, as it has to me. Although, my experience has been even worse. I dropped my camera off near the end of 2023. It worked fine, but the touch-sensitive articulating screen no longer responded to touch. Months went by without progress. Phone calls and emails went unanswered. Finally, by the end of the winter (2024), I was told that my camera had been misplaced but it was found and going to be repaired. Two weeks later I picked it up, and paid in full for the repair. A few days later I went to use the camera and discovered that not only was the articulating screen not repaired, the image on the screen was inverted, making the camera entirely unusable. I called and was told to drop it off at the drop off location in New Hope, which I did near the end of April, 2024. Near the end of June 2024, I started calling for a progress update. Even though I called during business hours and left my phone number, my calls were never answered or returned. That brings us to the middle of September, 2024. I still do not have my camera. Remember, I paid in full for the repair. I'm at a loss. My only choice is to drive all the way to Lindstrom, just to find out what has happened to my camera. It's been nearly a year... They have my money AND my camera and will not call me back. Do you really want to take the chance that this won't happen to you? Read the reviews that are like mine and you'll see my experience is not unusual. My next step is to report the camera as stolen and see if the Lindstrom Police can't get an answer for me. I urge you to avoid this place at all costs. I so regret doing business here.

There's available parking which was always difficult when we used to go to a clinic in MPLS so that is a star in itself. We had a very thorough appointment of scans X-rays and photos, super fast quick and easy. Everyone was friendly and professional and then we spoke to the doctor came up with a plan. They answered all of our questions and made things very easy for us to understand. They have an incentive program for the kids, Ortho bucks - they get a tshirt and earn bucks for being early, following on socials and wearing their tshirt to their appointment. Pretty cool!

I really appreciated being able to talk to someone about my problem WHEN I called. I assumed a Crown was necessary, but Dr Pocrnich replaced my old amalgam filling with a composite filling on my single visit in about 35 minutes - Great Service and results. And should be much less expensive and certainly less time consuming.
