Staff stopped to pet her when she was looking for some human attention. She had dinner when I brought her home and passed out. Perfect. Once home, they texted me to say they forgot to make notes for her "paw-gress" report. As a dog mom I want to know how things went. All they said was that she had a good day. They apologized and said I would get a free one next time. I hope they will work on whatever procedures need occur.

While it has been a pleasure to watch him bloom, we couldn't find quite the right fit for a caregiver to use during our frequent travels. Discovering Linda by chance may have been the best thing that ever happened for our pretty boy. From the very moment we met her, it was apparent that she is an expert "Doggy Whisperer" who has a very special bond with animals, including our Denver. He loves spending time with her and romping in her gorgeous backyard, a place we call puppy heaven! Linda genuinely loves the animals in her care and treats them as her own. Additionally, she sends us photos and videos of our boy when we're away - sometimes it looks as if he doesn't miss us at all! The excited barks and yelps and wags as we approach her driveway before a drop off tell the whole story: Denver loves Linda, and that's so much more than we could ask for.

This is the cleanest facility I have ever seen. Linda sent me text updates and pictures so I could see how they were doing while I was away. They're all fluffed up. Our family has been Atlanta Pet Resort customers for over 16 years and recently almost lost our dog due to a neglected dog bite. Our dog was attacked by another dog during play time and neglected for 4 days before requiring emergency veterinary care and almost dying. Atlanta Pet Resort did not make us aware of the situation then lied and tried to cover up the incident, it was only the ER vet that was told and then relayed the truth. 2 surgeries, 7 incisions, and 3 drains later we're running a veterinary out of our home and hoping she pulls through. This is a pet owner's worst NIGHTMARE... do NOT trust this company with your pets. It's a sad decline at what used to be a great facility.

One of our pups was uncomfortable with us leaving and I felt so bad for her. Within about 30 mins of us leaving I received a photo of her cuddling up with Laurel on a chair. She was great from then on. Looked like there was lots of play time. They were so content when I returned. We even had issues with our security system which would have rattled me if I was staying in someone else's home, but they handled the situation calmly and responsibly. Stacie found some broken glass in our driveway and had no problem cleaning it up. I highly recommend both Stacie and Laurel and will definitely be calling them again!
