Staff stopped to pet her when she was looking for some human attention. She had dinner when I brought her home and passed out. Perfect. Once home, they texted me to say they forgot to make notes for her "paw-gress" report. As a dog mom I want to know how things went. All they said was that she had a good day. They apologized and said I would get a free one next time. I hope they will work on whatever procedures need occur.

Last year, we adopted a beautiful, neurotic, sweet, NEEDY Great Dane puppy out of an abusive situation, little realizing the love and attention he would require. While it has been a pleasure to watch him bloom, we couldn't find quite the right fit for a caregiver to use during our frequent travels. Discovering Linda by chance may have been the best thing that ever happened for our pretty boy. From the very moment we met her, it was apparent that she is an expert "Doggy Whisperer" who has a very special bond with animals, including our Denver. He loves spending time with her and romping in her gorgeous backyard, a place we call puppy heaven! Linda genuinely loves the animals in her care and treats them as her own. Additionally, she sends us photos and videos of our boy when we're away - sometimes it looks as if he doesn't miss us at all! The excited barks and yelps and wags as we approach her driveway before a drop off tell the whole story: Denver loves Linda, and that's so much more than we could ask for.

I had a very troubling experience at Atlanta Pet Resort - Marietta when picking up my dog. When I…read morearrived, the assistant manager brought out a dog that was not mine and attempted to send me home with it. When I immediately pointed out that the dog was not my pet, he appeared unconcerned about the mistake. Rather than taking ownership of the situation or investigating further, I ultimately asked to go to the back area myself, where I found my actual dog. As a pet owner, this was alarming. The fact that a facility entrusted with caring for animals could nearly release the wrong dog raises serious concerns about their identification and check-out procedures. Even more disappointing was the lack of urgency and accountability shown by the assistant manager when the error was brought to his attention. After speaking with another manager, I was assured that the incident would be investigated and that I would receive a follow-up call regarding the findings. Unfortunately, after several weeks, I never received any communication. The lack of follow-through only reinforced my concerns about how seriously this incident was taken. This experience caused unnecessary stress and completely undermined my confidence in the facility's ability to properly care for and identify pets. Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds to them matters. In this case, there was a significant error, little concern shown at the time, no follow-through from management, and no effort to make things right. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this facility to pet owners who expect a high level of care, attention, and accountability when trusting someone with their pets.

He was very patient and sweet with the dogs and you could tell he knew how to handle situation with dogs like ours. We left for 4 days, and he was always in contact and sending us pictures, and our dogs looked so happy and spoiled! He was also very respectful of our home, which we really appreciate. One of our pups was uncomfortable with us leaving and I felt so bad for her. Within about 30 mins of us leaving I received a photo of her cuddling up with Laurel on a chair. She was great from then on. Looked like there was lots of play time. They were so content when I returned. We even had issues with our security system which would have rattled me if I was staying in someone else's home, but they handled the situation calmly and responsibly. Stacie found some broken glass in our driveway and had no problem cleaning it up. I highly recommend both Stacie and Laurel and will definitely be calling them again!

Tiny filthy cages, sick animals, and employees who know absolutely nothing (but won't hesitate to give out incorrect advice) is the norm. Not so at Exotic Envy! Stopped in for my 1st visit today and was so pleasantly surprised. They have a unique assortment of animals (not just ball pythons and bearded dragons). Everything is immaculately clean. I mean 100% spotless. All animals were housed appropriately according to their species requirements, as opposed to the typical pet store who acts like substrate/lighting/humidity/UV/etc are one size fits all. All animals had live insects and/or fresh veggies (whichever was appropriate for their species) not those god awful pellet foods that should be banned. Signage on the cage was truthful. Said things like "fragile species- display animal only. Shouldn't be handled." and several monitors and tegus were truthfully labeled "Bites!" Shows you that Exotic Envy is more interested in finding the right home for their animals then in making a quick sale. So many reptile shops will tell you their tegus/monitor/iguanas are "puppy dog tame" and then some unsuspecting person takes it home and loses a finger. Google "iguana bite" if you don't believe me. Exotic Envy was such a great experience. Most definitely the best reptile store in the Atlanta area. Would enthusiastically recommend. Oh, inverts aren't my thing, but if they're yours, they had a wide selection of those too. 100% worth the visit

We were allowed to handle a couple of the ones they do have. Even though we didn't make a purchase at this time, this will be the place we do it from. Was even told by the owner that they could also special order us one if there was a specific color of dragon we were looking for.
