We took our dogs to get groomed here ... I get a call that my dog was injured because he tried to get out of his cage .... Well it's a little more than that ... apparently the top latch on the cage was done but not the bottom ... my dog was seriously injured and required stitches ... the store did pay for the vet bill ... it's impossible in my opinion that this could happen and you not notice it ... then when we go to retrieve our other dog because we were busy tending the injured one .... You charge us for the injured dog bathe and then ask for a tip ... not yo mention your attitude was like oh well you don't care? ... the other reviews stated there's a poor attitude I choose to overlook it .... I am shocked no one has talked about the smell of this place....it's disgusting. Never ever had a grooming place smell like this place does. It's also so dirty...big surprise. Dog feces all over the place. Not sure how they are in business. read more

Tried to make an appointment over the phone near the beginning of COVID. The woman was reluctant to give me information about setting up an appointment stating that I would have to do it over the phone and that they are very busy. I understood that. I just wanted a nice voice to let me know how to get my fur baby taken full pampered care of, but instead got a irritated voice who didn't want to take any more appointments over the phone. She gave me an appointment window 2ish months out. She put me in an irritable and confused mood by the end of it. Would not go here. read more

I love Pet Boutique IV! My family's favorite groomer is here and I would not go anywhere else. I moved from East Cobb 2 years ago but find it is worth the hour drive to take my Yorkie/Maltese mix dog there for her grooming. The prices are very competitive and she is much nicer and does a far better job than other groomers we've tried over the years (we previously brought our poodle here, and she was beautiful after they groomed her, even during her last years when she was an old doggie.) My dogs never have nicks and the hair cuts I request look very nice and are done the way I asked. Frauds , crooks and thieves is what you will find at this establishment . We have gone here a couple times to get our cats groomed. Clearly no one here knows how to trim a cat . My cats always look like my toddler got a electric razor and went to town on it . One time one of the barbers was so embarrassed they refused to Bring out my cat . Please save yourself the time and don't bother , nor pay attention to the other reviews clearly written by someone who works there . I hope everyone can find this short message useful and keep their pets safe from a horrible hair cut and poor service to their owners. read more

We used to bring my schnauzer elsewhere and he always cried when we dropped him off..his tail was always nicked up and never looked good. We switched here about a year ago and my dog loves it there! He runs right in and greets the groomer every time. His cuts are fantastic (I'm sure he is a pain to groom). read more

We live within 1 mile of Pet Boutique 5., so we started using them about 10 months ago. Our first impression was the place is kinda a mess, but we gave it a try. They did a decent job of cutting our dog, so we kept using them. Well, over the next months our opinion has gone down about Angie and P.B.5. Its mainly the bad attitude she seems to always have. Its like we are bothering her by making an appointment. I better hush before I say anymore. If great customer service is what you want, look elsewhere. read more

I had been taking both of my maltipoos to Pet Boutique for a while and thought the haircut was good for the price they charge ( around $100 for two dogs). Angie was always professional and pleasant. The location isn't the fanciest or most updated but it is clean and not smelly. I've never asked for any crazy cuts for my boys, always just even all around and length is dependent on the season and outside temperature. I never had an issue until this last time. My dogs never particularly enjoy getting groomed but they tolerate it fine, except this final time when I brought my dogs home and noticed the little one (3 lbs) was very quiet and seemed almost depressed. I picked him up and noticed he was shaking so I looked him over. They had cut him really bad on his stomach and he seemed to be in pain. It took about two weeks for it to fully heal. I can't believe that they didn't notice when it occurred since he was in pain when he got home and it was an open wound, he must have cried out. I didn't call to complain, but I won't be returning since they could have at least mentioned it. I would've been ok about it since accidents happen. But the fact that no one said anything makes me wonder what else the animals go through that is never mentioned. read more

I love Pet Boutique IV! I hate seeing the occasional negative reviews when someone is is upset about the phone rapport (?!?), because what matters to me is that my dog is treated well! The owner has always been so wonderful to both me and my dog! She has worked us in when I needed a last-minute appointment and when she was very busy, something she obviously did not need to do! She has always been so accommodating, I have never found her to be cold or unfriendly. She is a sweet, quiet person. What really matters to me is that she is kind to the animals there! I'm not sure what people expect, but she has been just wonderful to me and more importantly to my dog who can be very frightful in new situations! Ever since I found her I haven't been to anyone else. read more
