If you care about your child never ever send them to this facility. Corporate does not care about their staff or the well being of the children. We enrolled our son in April. Since being there he has 14 incidents with him constantly getting bit by a child. He also fell get into a chair when he started in April two weeks after causing his tooth to hit the table and because he was too young to have a root canal we had to extract it. Again lack of staff and attention to children. We addressed it with the regional director Gina Ramos and it was fallen on deaf ears. Every single week he would get bit and she tried to justify saying well it's the age group. Valid point and understanding but when it's happening once a week that is completely unacceptable. Their ratio to kids and teachers is completely unsafe. The last straw was when I dropped my child off they had the chef has the lead teacher and the trip was 1 adult to 7 kids in a toddler room. The director has informed ms Ramos she needs help and they tried other methods such as foam blocks and bite necklaces to try and redirect the kid from biting my child and yet he still was getting bit. I took my son to the pediatrician for a rash around his diaper and the doctor said it's a yeast infection from sitting in his own urine too long. I found out also his diaper changes were 3-4 hours in between. He's a toddler! I will be notifying higher authorities as this place needs to be shut down. The one teacher Miss Tawana was absolutely pleasant and advocated for my son and the other assistant director Miss Taja as well. After speaking with Ms Ramos and meeting with the teachers and director the regional director brushed it off and said kids are not targets and how they take our aggression. I said well the biter needs to be shadowed and you need more staff because clearly having a chef in the classroom at prime drop off between 8-9 am is unacceptable as you should have a lead teacher in there. We have enrolled in a higher better school and it's sad when you have a sinking feeling at kinder care when you are expecting an incident every week and knowing you don't know if your kid is going to be ok. Our daughter has attended since she was 1 1/2 and she absolutely loves it. For a child who can be quite stubborn, she enjoys going every day and especially likes her amazing teachers and the awesome cook. She is not a great eater or napper at home, but the staff at this center works its magic and helps this little girl follow directions and do all the normal things a toddler needs to do! We are very happy with the progress she's made socially and the positive environment maintained by the director and assistant director. The 1's teachers were amazing in helping her adjust to the daycare environment which was a big change for her. The 2's teachers were phenomenal in helping her toilet train, eat better, and learn new things. Also the other children and parents seem to be very appreciative of the services provided which makes a pleasant environment when we enter the building. The best thing about this center is the flexibility of the scheduling. My wife and I have a varying work schedule, so the ability to adjust our days and times is a huge help. That plus our daughter comes home happy each day and tells us about how much she likes her teachers and friends. We will definitely continue to send our child (and future children) to Kinder Care Great Valley! read more

My wife and I could not be happier with our experience at Kindercare. My oldest two children attended another early childcare center. We were surprised(pleasantly) with twins and were looking for a place a little closer to our house. We were immediately impressed with the staff and facility at Kindercare. A few things immediately stood out to us, earlier dropoff time which is convenient when both parents work and all food is included in tuition. Of course, all daycare is expensive but we really found that we got value at Kindercare when you include food and diapers in addition to the outstanding care. What makes any facility special is the people. Our twins have been LOVED at Kindercare. They are welcomed every day and are quick to run in(often ahead of me) to greet Mr. Keith and whichever teacher is on the early shift that given day. We have grown particular close to Miss Kaitlyn, who has become a member of our family but every teacher we come in contact with is polite and professional. Our kids love it. They will be starting Pre-K in the fall so we are sad that our time there will be coming to an end this summer but we can't say enough good things about the experience! read more

My daughter has attended kindercare great valley for about a year and a half. We love it and she loves it! Constantly talking about her friends and her teachers! The teachers are caring and keep you informed of your child's progress - you can tell they like what they do. The directors are great...they work with your schedule and allow for flexibility and they are involved. Whenever I come in I see them with the kids and very rarely in their office...says something when they know all the names of the kids and which parents belong to which kid! And I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Keith - he's caring and loves the kids! Plus his meals got my daughter to eat more than just mac and cheese and chicken nuggets!!! My son who is now a toddler has been attending Great Valley Kindercare for about a year and a half and our family absolutely loves the center. Before enrolling at Kindercare, our son was in another day care for only a few days and we hated it. The teachers were not caring nor did they share information about our son. He was not himself when he came home. Once he attended Great Valley Kindercare, he absolutely loved it and was immediately comfortable with all of the teachers and staff. We appreciate all of the personal updates about our child and the planned lessons and curriculum the center has. My son has been at KinderCare for 2 years now, since he was 3 months old. As a new mom, it was difficult to leave my son while I went back to work, but the staff at KinderCare made the transition easy. They are attentive, caring, reliable and approachable. As my son has moved up to new classrooms as he has grown, the KinderCare staff worked closely with our family to make sure we were all on the same page about the transition. Plus, my son was already familiar with the teachers in his new classroom since it's truly a team effort there and he already had met them throughout his time there. I cannot say enough good things about Great Valley Kindercare. It's so hard to leave my kids and go to work all day, but the teachers at Kindercare make me feel really good about this choice. My children look forward to going to school each day and learn so much from their teachers. I'm often surprised by how much my almost 3-year-old knows and how quickly he's advancing thanks to his teachers. My 9 month old gets giddy with excitement when she sees her teachers and is so well taken care of. I feel very well informed too. The teachers are very forthcoming with information whether there is something I should keep an eye out for in my kids' behavior or even advice on potty training. We have twins who have been going here since they were 3 months and they are now 3 years old. The directors are very present and approachable! The teachers are amazing!!! It is never easy leaving your kids with anyone else, but the teachers are so loving that it makes it easier know your children will be well-cared for! Also, we can't forget to mention the cook, who really goes above and beyond and gets to know the kids! I love that they have breakfast and lunch, and my kids seem to try more things there than at home! The infant room also has an option that they supply diapers for a small fee, which was VERY worth it especially when we had twins in diapers! read more

I've been at this kindercare location for about 1.5 years and love it! The staff is caring and attentive to any requests/concerns that you may have. I personally look for some level of "laid back" in a preschool (there is plenty of time to stress in elementary-college age, so why start in pre-k?). Big bonus is they provide breakfast/snack/lunch and have a summer program open to older siblings (convenient!!!). They do not specifically potty-train, but are open to helping out on request, I have heard. They also have discounts for Vanguard employees. At first I was dreading going back to work but with the help of Great Valley KinderCare it was a smooth transition for my children and for myself. The Center Director Nicole made sure that I felt right at home and that all my questions answered. She makes sure to keep the parents updated with weekly newsletters! This is my daughter's second daycare. We left the first daycare because of the concern for teacher/child ratio being violated frequently. It was comforting to know that Kindercare took this so seriously and would count heads constantly to insure they were on target. The staff is always happy and friendly and my daughter absolutely loves all of them. Particularly Keith, the man of the kitchen who knows all the kids and is adored by them all as well!! Our son has been attending Great Valley KinderCare since he was 3 months old. They are an accredited early care and education center. He's now 2 1/2 and we have no complaints so far. We did thorough research and toured this and other places before our son was even born. The staff at this location is amazing, they truly care for the children. I absolutely love all of the teachers, we started in Infants and now my oldest will be going to Kindergarden next year and every transition to the next classroom has been wonderful and I love each teacher. i hope to remain in contact with many of them!
