First, let me say I did not seek the services of Top Hill Landscaping (Jamarcus Wallace). I was minding my business, and he came knocking at my door. After I decided to accept their services (my first mistake), the price changed more than once, and only higher and higher, of course. Initially, the services were being performed well. Things were going as expected even though it was much higher than originally quoted. After some time Jamarcus Wallace came to my door for payment (after asking for more money), I gave him the payment (my second mistake). He and his team continued working for 20-30 minutes, then left without completing the job. My yard and even worse, my neighbor's yard, was left a complete mess. They left an entire tree in my backyard just lying there; the tree they cut up was thrown in the bushes in my backyard. Multiple branches, large and small, were dropped over the fence into my neighbor's yard. I contacted Jamarcus Wallace about the condition of the yards. He stated he would be back the next day, and I believed him (my third mistake). Of course, he did not show up the next day and has not been back since. I tried to contact them for the better part of 3-4 days, but they never responded. Accepting services from Top Hill Landscaping (Jamarcus Wallace) has cost me a great deal of money and caused trouble with my neighbors. Just be aware and do not trust them if you decide to do business with Top Hill Landscaping (Jamarcus Wallace).
