Most of the tables and chairs are stacked up around the room and it makes for an unwelcoming environment if you are looking to dine in. Since we were passing through town we chose to sit there and quickly eat. The food was pretty good. We ordered a couple appetizers and a couple entrees to share. The Crab Rangoon was very good and we had leftovers to bring home. Not sure why, but later that night my stomach was not feeling well and that was the only food I had that day. I ordered the sesame chicken combination dinner, which came with pork fried rice and a pork egg roll. I asked if they could make the chicken with white meat and extra crispy, and they were wonderfully accommodating. Since sesame chicken often comes with dark meat, I really appreciated their willingness to customize the order. The service was fast, friendly, and welcoming. The owner even suggested that I eat there rather than take it to go, explaining that if you want it crispy, it is best enjoyed right away. That kind of thoughtful honesty and care really stood out. I had not realized they offered dine-in seating, but they have several tables and enough space for a small group gathering as well; see pictures. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Sesame chicken is one of my favorite dishes, and this was definitely one of the better versions I've had. It had just enough spice to get your attention without being overwhelming. I enjoy a little extra heat, so next time I may ask them to kick it up a notch. I highly recommend King's Wok. It is conveniently located just off the Thruway on the way into Farmington or Canandaigua, with good parking and easy access to other nearby amenities. A great find, and I will absolutely be back.
