If you're looking for an outstanding seafood experience, UNITY Seafood Grill & Bar is a must-visit!…read moreThe seafood boil was absolutely magnificent--perfectly seasoned, fresh, and packed with incredible flavor. The menu offers an excellent variety, from authentic Asian-inspired dishes to delicious Cajun specialties, so there's something for everyone. The full-service bar is a great addition, and the beautiful atmosphere reminds me of the famous Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco, creating a fun and relaxing dining experience. What truly sets this restaurant apart is the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and extra courteous, making us feel appreciated from the moment we arrived. To top it all off, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and generous portions. I highly recommend UNITY Seafood Grill & Bar to anyone who loves great seafood, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience. I'll definitely be coming back!

My real hang up with our visit was the server situation. We weren't truly adequately waited on and to be honest it was a little odd. When we were seated we were told our server would be right with us. After 11/12 minutes of just sitting there the gal had come back and asked us if our server had ever come over, which we told her he had not. She explained that she would take our order and then switch it to him later on. She grabbed us drinks, took our order, and delivered our food. Shortly after getting our food, our server came back to us while simultaneously putting on a coat saying that she was leaving and that he would be our server now. He never came back until it must've been obvious that we were looking for our check (keep in mind that our meal took a while to eat because crab is work). The funny thing was that a third server brought the check! It was a weird situation and honestly for the price of the food, service she be better. The food overall had great flavor and the portions were a good size. We tried the calamari and then for our daughter ordered the fried rice and lobster bisque. Everything was pretty good. My husband and I both got crab; I did the garlic butter and he did a spicer Cajun. He said his was great but unfortunately the corn with mine felt like it just was pulled from the fridge. I think this restaurant has great potential but they really need to brush up on service. I'm a little iffy if I would return.

Tried 3 different oysters- delicious. Finally got the scallops as an entree and they were some of the best I've ever had, plated over a thick cut of pork belly. Excellent food quality and happy to pay the fair prices for it. Waiter was also very friendly and attentive. Love!

They definitely have/had some pretty high prices compared to other eateries in the area. I'm not sure if that is caused by cost of goods or location or what, but I think that did come into play when a lot of economic hardship is happening all over. Like I mentioned above, I DID like their food, but it definitely had to be a special occasion type of thing, due to the high prices. When we did go, I LOVED the Maryland Crab Dip. It reminded me of my favorite crab dip in the world, at the SweetWater Brewing Company in Atlanta. We also had the Green Bean Almandine that was on special last time we went and that was pretty good, but you have to be a green bean fan, for sure. I decided to try the sushi as my main dish last time, and had the Everything Crunch Maki, which consisted of cooked salmon, jalapeño, and cream cheese. It was pretty good, and had a little hint of spice to it from the jalapeño, which cut the heavy cream aspect. My husband had the Grilled Atlantic Salmon for his entree, and gave me a few bites. It was cooked well and the mushroom risotto below it was very flavorful and filling. The cute nautical ambiance and excellent service were always appreciated, so no complaints there either. I think if they had been in a different area with less expensive rent and cost of goods, I may have visited more often.

I just had to ask, so I went to the person that was fully armed with an umbrella, chair, cooler for some input. Just as they were explaining it to me, the Fabian seafood truck pulled up in the parking lot. I watched for the next five minutes as the Fabian food truck team set up with pit crew like speed. Approaching 50 years in business, the Fabian seafood truck picks up fresh seafood from the Gulf of Mexico and does a straight run, in a refrigerated truck, of course, straight to Omaha every several weeks in the warmer weather. Once you sign up, you're notified by text or postcard ahead of their arrival so that you can beat the crowd before they sell out. Text OMAHA to 409-402-0012 to join this secret society! Located in the Mangelsen's parking lot (3457 S 84th St, Omaha, NE 68124), just south of the vegetable and fruit stand. You can't miss it, as there's always a line of vehicles waiting for their arrival. I spoke to one woman who told me she had been buying from this Enterprise since she was a girl with her grandfather. Fish selections typically include red, snapper, shrimp, crab, and occasionally scallops. The price is definitely higher than what you're going to pay for at Costco for fresh freshly caught frozen shrimp however I have never had shrimp that are this good unless I visited the shoreline of Texas or Louisiana. You go to the table, place your order, or you can pay by card or cash, step aside, your bag of product comes out, and you move on! The shrimp counts are generous and always a little bit on the heavy side. The ambience consists of a refrigerated truck, plastic table, and awning, a cashbox, and a price sign manned by 2 to 3 people. And efficient operation that brings a taste of the Gulf of Mexico seafood to Omaha. We typically try to get down there at least once or twice a year and shrink wrap products to last us for a bit as there is discounts in larger quantity purchases.

They dont have all drinks on the menu and the menu is not updated. They did tell us what was not available but was a generic dont have these and just slid his fingers on the menu. I finally got an iced lemon tea. We initially ordered egg rolls and a hot pot. We ordered spicy soup together with bok choy fungus( wood ear mushrooms) Beef, spam, fishballs and jumbo shrimp and egg noodles with a side of white rice. The soup came with a burner and it wasnt powerful enough to boil the soup on the pot. The pot had no definite style to it. Tasted like soy bean soup with some sichuan peppers. Not excessively spicy and not very flavourful. Our ingredients took a long while to come out- and our egg rolls eventually never came. Practically all the ingredients were frozen with the exception of the fungi and the egg noodles. The sauce station looks thrown together with takeout containers and plenty of sauce. The bbq sauce had part of a spoon which was broken off in the sauce. The sauces are similar to haidilao type just not as fresh. But the chives looked a little greyish. Overall, service is not fantastic. We did remind them multiple times about the egg rolls, but it still didn't ever arrive. They at least took it off the bill. We forgot to check about the missing bakchoy. Not sure we will be back anytime soon. Hubby wasn't quite happy with our dinner last night.
