The staff were attentive and friendly. We ordered fresh spring rolls, coconut soup, and a stir fry with chicken. All were tasty and and filling. Portions were large, though I did finish the stir fry . Spice level is on a 1-10 scale and a 6 was plenty warming for me. They don't seem to have lunch portions but don't let that stop you from joining them for a meal. read more

It's not absolutely terrible food; however the Pad Thai I ordered was overcooked, uniformly brown, and pretty bland except for the chili pepper to make it hot. The noodles were mushy, and it was not an entirely pleasant process to eat. The restaurant itself is hot, stuffy, and dingy; and the service is uninvolved. read more

The casual ambiance was exactly what we needed after an 11 hour road trip. The La Quinta desk clerk recommended them saying they were probably the best in the city. We were surprised to receive a serving of rice with our soup. The Tom Ka was good. I cannot have soy and they fixed my soup without tofu and soy sauce. That was great and a huge blessing. I love this place and I usually always get the same thing: Thai Noodle Soup with Chicken and their Spring Rolls. Although I have tried their currys, and other soups, but I found my favorite one. They give you a ramekin of thai chilies to create your spice level unlike currys or other dishes which you go by 1-10 spice level prepared by the staff in the kitchen. I dumped all of my chilies in. Added some sriracha and called it good before the photo! Obviously you dont have to add them all but it's nice to add the amount you want so when the server has served you; the chilies can soften so it's not like eating a crunchy black peppercorn! This a large bowl by the way, the aerial shot doesn't do it justice. Think of like a large bowl of pho I sat 2 booths behind some thai women who came in after me and they both got 5 for their dishes and I heard them talking about how spicy it was more than once each lol. When I've done a 10 in my Panang Curry before. That was quite the food sauna, let me tell you. Try a 1-3 if you like spice. 4-6 if you like it spicy. 7-10 If you like really spicy. The place isn't fancy by any means but the food is just simply amazing! The server is a gem as well and is quick and prompt and polite. The food came out in 10-15 minutes. But the lunch crowd had dispersed as I went at 1:30 pm. I will always be looking forward to coming back read more

Although the service was nice there's no way I can give this place any more than a two. I ordered three different things and each one of them was bland and near flavorless. The combination meat is they call it basically says they'll give you one shrimp and a bunch of random chunks of overcooked meat. These are nearly indistinguishable from one to the next as they're all just chewy and insanely overcooked. Oh and not only that they're using the wrong noodles which really irritates me to no end. If you're ordering a Thai noodle dish you're expecting to get the proper noodle with that dish especially those wide flat noodles which evidently they were out of so they just substituted those cheap egg noodles you get at the grocery store. The dishes were so flavorless I would bet you that if you blindfolded you would not be able to tell the difference between the two different entries I ordered. Disappointing read more

Blessing Thai is a small fammilu run restaurant on North 27 street in Lincoln. It's a little hard to find as it is in a strip mall behind the restaurant pads alongside the road. The interior is neither fancy nor cozy. But is more than acceptable for family's or small groups. I'm sure that they Do quite a large carry out businesss While deciding on our main courrse, we ordered spring rolls. When they came out they weekend quite good. We ordered mango rice with chicken and drunken noodles for myself. I ordered level 5 heat level out of 10. I did have that warm, I'm turning red sensation. But overall not that spicy. I would leave a much higher rating if I was rating only the food. Everything was delicious! Spring Rolls are a favorite. I enjoyed the Pad Thai. I would feel better about eating there if the bathroom had been clean. it was atrocious! There was visible dirt and grime all over the door on the floors everywhere. The trash was overflowing. Pad Thai is too sweet. Yellow curry is ... I don't even know what to say. When I first saw it I was like "what were you trying to make?" Fried chicken is cold and not crispy I ordered both Thai style and Lao style papaya salad. The chef can't even tell the difference between the two. All appetizers are excellent and entrees were very good too. My wife and daughter enjoyed the Thai tea. We had chicken satay, shrimp wrap, fresh spring rolls and rice balls. All were very tasty with generous portions. I especially enjoyed the spring rolls with its delicate balance of basil, chilled veggies, and flavorful peanut sauce. I was in Nebraska with two co-workers on a work symposium. One of my co-workers had visited here before on a prior work trip after walking from the nearby La Quinta after a few adult beverages. He told us the Pad Thai was great and also had lots of heat. We asked the waitress to make it a "12" on the spicey scale. The noodles were nicely cooked and it was quite spicey. The peanuts gave it a good crunch and so did the bean sprouts. Wasn't the best Pad Thai I've ever had, but it was good. I also liked the quantity of food they served as I didn't leave hungry. I just love the yellow curry, I substitute rice noodles for the rice and it is so good. You've got to try the mango rice dessert it is to die for! And then nothing is complete without the Thai iced coffee, yummy. Nice atmosphere good service, love it! read more

First time I ate there I said I wanted 8 in spiciness; way too spicy for me but I ate it because it had such good flavor!! Last night I had green curry with spiciness 3......still pretty spicy but exceedingly good. Great spring rolls. My husband has had Pad Thai, Mango Rice & Pineapple rice all were good. As I've said before - I moved to Lincoln from New York and was NOT expecting to be able to find good asian cuisine in Lincoln. I was wrong and this place is on point with any Thai food I had in the city. I've eaten here 4 times in the past 3 weeks (seriously). The staff is so friendly, attentive. They have an extensive menu with photos (great for 1st time Thai diners) and all the dishes I've had (thai basil aka Pad Kra Pao, pad thai, a red curry and a noodle dish) have all been excellent! Also had summer rolls which were delicious! They'll modify any order to fit your dietary preferences...veggie, no pork, no mushrooms, not spicy, really spicy.... Not a "thai snob" but know what tastes good to us, and all 3 dishes we ordered were delicious. I love glass noodles and will always order Pad Woon Sen, BT's Sukiyaki was essentially the same... but better! Normally PWS will be a pile of beautiful clear glass noodles with sauce and meat & veggies on top, nothing integrated together. Here the noodles have absorbed the sauce making everything so much tastier, it was the same for their Pad See Yew (we'd call it drunken noodles). There was hardly any "gravy" on the PSY, instead the noodles were infused with the flavor... yum! Our third dish was Pineapple Fried Rice and it was also very tasty. We travel along I-80 quite often and will definitely plan to make this a mandatory stop... we feel very blessed to have found this place. read more

A gratifying mouthful of flavor and texture with the Panang curry with tofu as protein. I like it spicy and the waiter asked a few questions to get the heat correct. We started of with four spring rolls with a peanut sauce that was very well balanced.
