David was always communicative, responsive, and clearly had our best interests at heart. My wife and I tend to worry, and one moment that really stood out was when he took the time to get on a call with us at 9PM to walk us through a last-minute issue. That level of dedication meant the world to us. Thanks to David, what could have been a stressful experience ended up feeling smooth and manageable. We truly cannot recommend him highly enough.

I consulted with 5 different attorneys and worked with three during my separation. Attorney Flashenburg, and his paralegal Christine, were by far the most competent and patient attorneys I consulted with. In the end, they were instrumental to getting me a divorce agreement that was fair on all levels (financial, custody/parenting plan) and got me all the "must haves" I wanted to see in the agreement. I would highly recommend Attorney Flashenburg and Christine for anyone going through a divorce.

When I called with a title issue concern, Hillary took detailed notes to fully understand the situation. Within minutes, Nick had called me back, thanks to Hillary's thorough notes getting him up to speed quickly on the specifics of my issue. Nick took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns regarding the title. He didn't rush through the call and even offered helpful advice beyond just addressing the technical legal aspects. It's so rare for a law firm to provide this level of personalized, prompt attention. Most attorneys keep clients waiting for callbacks or rushing through discussions. I can see now why The Law Office of David Rocheford has such glowing reviews. The attention to detail that Hillary showed in properly noting my issue paid off in Nick's ability to represent me quickly and effectively right off the bat. They obviously work as a seamless team dedicated to customer service, not just pushing cases through. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone needing title or real estate legal help. The level of care they showed me is exceptional in this field.

I always pride myself in responding quickly to emails and calls but I was in awe of how fast paralegal Robert Heckman would respond to us. We sold our house a couple months ago and then did a two part land swap with neighbors and my folks, and both transactions were seamless, including coming in to sign paperwork. In short, if you need a law office that is responsive and attentive to detail, definitely consider them!

We hired attorney Nicole Torres during what became an incredibly stressful real estate transaction. We were facing serious inspection concerns, including extremely high radon levels, and were desperately trying to understand our rights and protect nearly $40,000 deposit being held of our hard-earned money. Instead of feeling reassured and guided through the process, we felt increasingly anxious and confused. We repeatedly asked questions because we were genuinely scared of making the wrong decision and losing our deposit. Rather than feeling like we had an advocate in our corner, we often felt dismissed when we questioned the advice we were being given. We were advised that our inspection contingency had expired (we later learned it had not) and that our deposit could be at risk if we did not continue moving forward. We were also led to believe that the radon issues did not give us grounds to terminate the contract as it was "not part of the inspection process" and that we had signed a contract "for inspection only". As buyers trying to navigate a complicated situation, we relied heavily on her advice and guidance. What was most disappointing was that when we expressed concerns or asked follow-up questions, we did not feel heard. The conversations often left us feeling more intimidated than informed. Eventually, our discomfort became so significant that we sought alternate legal counsel because we no longer felt confident that our interests were being fully protected. The second opinion we received gave us a very different understanding of our contractual rights and deadlines, including the ability to terminate the contract and get our deposit back, which proved that the advice we received from her was not accurate and would have cost us $40,000!!!
