We were first-time home buyers, and as such, had questions to fully understand the (loads!) of paperwork and the process. She didn't have the patience to carefully and thoughtfully answer our questions. I get that she must answer the questions we were asking day in and day out, but it's our first time. Sure she is knowledgeable, but isn't interested in making the client feel comfortable throughout the process - she more so just wants to get the job done. Its a quick, easy buck for her. Her email etiquette isn't that great her - I found hr emails to be rude and you tell her impatient tone in answering our questions. AND, she is isn't interested in negotiating on the client's behalf to make sure they get the best possible deal; instead, she is more interested in how she is going to come off if she asks for something of the seller. None of what we were asking was crazy, but as buyers we wanted the best deal possible. I wouldn't use her again and wouldn't recommend her, unless you have a high tolerance for people being rude and condescending to you.

Just shows that this is not a law firm that has any interest in helping humans or being human in their interactions. Yes everyone is busy... that's no excuse to be rude to people just because they aren't profitable or a cash cow to you. Any law firm that allows or encourages that type of interaction with potential clients is a showing you a red flag.
