I found Westwood. Fell in love with the staff and owners my kid was in the daycare program she loves everyone from the back of the building to the offices. She also stayed for the pre-K program also. I did pop ins. I talked to the staff .I came early to watch interactions.She is now in 1st grade and still wishes she was at Westwood and wants to stop in and see everyone.

The donation port was overfilled. My conclusion is that the store is overcharging for donations to sell them for inappropriate profit margin. I also think it is possible that some donations are actually stolen goods being dumped in an attempt to wash the evidence away. Some coming from shared rooms, some coming from people that gain access to property not belonging to them, some coming from ill means acquired storage units, and previous tenants, etcetera.

We've dealt with mom and pop lawn care guys as well as high end landscape design companies who ignored phone calls and emails after a few service visits. No reason given. Just disappeared. This is not only unprofessional; it's weird. If you're busy and can't make a scheduled visit or have some other issue, most customers will understand, but no communication is just unacceptable. No other business could operate this way and stay in business. Collins has the right idea and hopefully his business will continue to shine a bright light on an otherwise unimpressive landscape.

We went to Savannah Sharks (SS) for a birthday party over the weekend. We were excited to celebrate…read moreour friend's birthday and also to check out SS since we have never been there and always see the bright playground from the side of the road. They are located right behind H & L Tire Auto and Repair. From their privat parking lot, their entrance is found by going to the back of the building. - Activities - There have 2 areas for play, inside and outside. Inside, there are 2 sections. When you walk in, you will find the reception and where the "party area" will be located if you have a birthday party there. The front desk is there as well with some bows for sale. Then there is a door that lead to the large gym where all the mats were set up for kids to run around, tumble and play. Outside, there is a large, brightly colored playground. My kids had a great time running around and playing at the birthday party with friends. One thing to note is that they only have one staff member to supervise the entire premises when holding a party. You also need to sign a waiver for your kids. I believe they also have free play days, but I think the main part of their business is Cheerleading coaching. Not sure what the party fees are, as we were not hosting the party, but it will hold quite a lot of people and our friends brought in the food they desired. All in all, it's a great place for a birthday party. It's also a great indoor activity option for young kids for these hot summer days that are already here.

It's so easy to forget about your septic system until it starts letting you know it needs…read moreattention. Our neighbor recommended Oreogin, Inc, led by Mel Keithley. He and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They came prepared for just about any situation. In addition to needing a pump out, our system had a blockage in the pipe leading from the house to the septic tank and Mel did not stop until everything was free flowing again. It's hard work and so essential. I recommend his company and we will certainly call him again next time.
