The case should have been an easy dismissal due to a lot of issues within the case. Instead of fighting for me Kyle wanted to convince me that being on probation was the way to go. He never looked at evidence or compared anything. He honestly didn't show he cared after he got the money. I later found out the DA did t even want to take the case to trial so you would think that was an indicator for him to move in and file a motion to dismiss. He never did that at all. He worked with the DA to try to get me 3 years probation. I agreed to it just to see how you would react and he was all too thrilled for my liking. I wind up firing Kyle 2 days before my September court date and I hired Billy Clark of Dallas to get the job done. Billy Clark got on the job and did his investigations,which Kyle never did, and got my case dismissed!!! Do not trust these Baylor Law school graduates because they scratch each other's backs. If you want an attorney that will fight for you, HIRE BILLY CLARK OF DALLAS!! There is a lot of racism that goes in in McLennan County. Do not trust these people. They will take your money,smile in your face and then try to get you to pay more money by being on probation and convincing you that's the best outcome. If I had trusted Kyle King I would be on 3 years probation right now instead of enjoying the victory of a dismissed case which was dismissed by the exact same DA that he said wouldn't dismiss the case. Mr. Howell was a court appointed for my husband and never spoke to him at all, while my husband was sitting in jail he even wrote Mr. Howell a letter asking about his case and giving permission to for the law office to speak with me in regards to his case and he never responded besides sending the paperwork to inform my husband of his court dates, and his receptionist still continued to deny me any information or connect me to the lawyer himself. You will get the worst outcome there is dealing with these people THEY WILL NOT REPRESENT YOU TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY AT ALL!!!!

It's got all the makings of an incompetent business. Poor management starting at the top? Check. Very little care for customers? Check. Over the course of my order I called the business approximately 5 times for every answered call. The order also took forever. Other companies in town have gotten similar orders done in half the time.
