Ramiro, the owner, sent two guys today and they did a fantastic, thorough and meticulous job. They arrived on time - 20 minutes early actually! They cleaned both inside and outside glass + screens, finishing in a little over 5 hours just as Ramiro estimated. Comparable pricing with others and he charged what he said he would charge (he came in person to do the estimate to ensure no surprises). He also squeezed us in before April school vacation and the Easter holiday which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Westchester Window Cleaning and I would use them again. read more

These guys are amazing and a real ethical bunch. I'll start by saying that I got four quotes to do everything this company does: power washing, gutter cleaning, and window washing. Bill White, the owner of Greater Westchester Window Cleaning and Washing, insisted that he come and be the fourth and final quote when I was almost ready to bite the bullet (see my 1 star review for Ronny Reliables here: http://www.yelp.com/biz/ronny-reliables-cleaning-company-ardsley). When Bill came, he requested that he gain inside access into my home so that he can assess the cost of the project. This was somewhat foreign to me as the three previous quotes came from people who walked around the property and estimated costs. Bill was the first person who came inside and itemized everything as he saw it, so that he would sell me exactly what he saw, versus doing what the three previous companies did: look at the exterior, not learn about the interior, and above all, jack up the price because it just felt right. I really appreciated that. I should add that the other guys jacked up the price ridiculously! There was no consistency and the quotes were exorbitant, which made no sense and made those companies seem extremely dishonest. There are a lot of windows and they must have assumed that there's money to be spent so they wanted me to spend it. Furthermore, I mentioned my tight turnaround (see my previous review) and Bill immediately accommodated. The guys came here at 9:00 this morning. They left at 5:30pm. They were extremely professional and did an amazing job. Everything that was removed was restored exactly as I had it before--the shades, the furniture--everything. I believe they went above and beyond. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Bill White and Greater Westchester Window Cleaning. I wholeheartedly recommend them to any of the competition (Sleepy Hollow, Ronny (un)Reliables, and Ultimate Cleaning in Greenwich). read more

While we've used them twice before and Bill Wright has called us every other month for a year, they were a no-show. The first two times they damaged windows with razorblades. Today we had everything in the house moved away from windows which took an entire day to accomplish, got up extra early for a 9am appointment. Crickets! Totally unprofessional and unequipped to do the job!! Last season; even after seeing the job and giving an estimate they could not finish the job properly as they did not bring the right equipments (long poles for high set windows) They promised to come back and redo those windows but never showed. This season I gave them a second chance and made an appointment well in advance; going over last seasons problems with owner Bill White. Bill promised to bring the right equipments this time - only to cancel on me 15 min before arrival as the crew felt 'they couldn't do the job'! I had used this company for years. However, this year they stood me up TWICE! I called Bill to let him know that his team did not show up. He apologized and booked me for the following day. This company ruined our windows - $70,000.00 worth of windows. They used razors blades and literally scratched every window in our house. Bill claimed he had insurance. His insurance was nothing more than workmen's compensation, nothing more. He was not bonded. You are warned. Unless he is bonded, stay far away. read more
