It is 4 pm and this is the pool area where children and playing and talking and just being happy should be expected. Also, one of the times he came around he said " This is Bull...." He is cursing in front of children? What kind of person says that in front of children? He also keeps coming and leaving in his truck. He seems a little off. It is to the point that we feel harassed and we don't feel safe. This is not a retirement home and if you are bothered by noise just do not live next to the pool area.
