There are people under 55 living here but the management requires tenants to be 55 and over so what is the deal ? Some of the tenants have their spaces very clean however there are other tenants that have their yards full of junk which could create a fire hazard . The park management doesn't appear to have rules on keeping trash and junk in the front yards . Some tenants even have broken down cars park next to their trailers taking a lot of space . It appears they haven't moved those cars in years.
