Did you know Aloha Pure Water can also fill your RV up too? I went there last week, and I had the best water in my RV when I went camping! It's only $.50 a gallon! Not to mention Aloha Pure Water will protect your RV system because it won't clog everything up with calcium! And let me tell ya, being a former Beer Brewer in the AV, we have lots of calcium! This water store was very large and they have a huge selection of water bottles of all sizes, accessories. To the right they have the self-serve water section: both regular filtered water and alkaline water. You can choose the level of ph to your preference. I filled up 10-1 liter bottles and it was $1.75 each! What a deal if you like to drink alkaline water! Much better priced then buying the ph water sold in smaller sized bottles. The gentleman who helped me told me about their pre-pay program where you can get a deal if you pay for 20 or 40 gallons in advance. The discount is about $3-5. Not bad if you have an alkaline water addiction like me. read more

I've come here several times, and thereualways the same employee and he always appear to be in a bad mood. He is not customer friendly. He always acts as though he's bothered when questions are asked, and every time I refill my 5 gallon bottles, the prices increase. One time I came to purchase additional bottles, but were later told by the employee, the bottles were no good, so I continued refilling the bottles I brought. While doing so I overhear him telling another customer they were out of bottles, but they could place an order. I became upset, because I didn't understand why he never mentioned it to me. When he was done assisting the customer, I confronted him politely and asked why he never told me that? He had no explanation. Needless to say I won't be returning. I refuse to spend my money where I receive bad service. read more

Great locally owned water supply store. I wanted a 5 gallon water dispenser for work. Stopped in and picked up a hot/cold dispenser and two 5 gallon bottles for a decent price. The initial setup cost a little, but now I just fill both bottles for under $5 and I'm set for the week. I like this place because the guy ignores me when I come in. Like he's my cousin and it's our home. He's like "Oh you're here. so what" that's how you act when you see someone every day when you live with them. He's just all low key and not all fake bu11 $h1t with the small talk. Yep. He's perfect. He probably doesn't even know and probably wonders why customers complain that he's rude just because of his resting facial expression...and he doesn't do the used car sales man fake jumbo smile and make talk talk. Now I say this because there are rude mean workers who openly use rude mean words or make you wait too long and deserve a bad rating. but this guy just doesn't say a word or look at you.... or run around the counter to assist you or do things for you. Maybe his sign should say "self serve". while he doesn't even care if you take his roll cart out to your car - a $200 roll cart you could drive off with cause there's nothing preventing you except your conscience and morals. Excellent service and clean store. Water pours out quickly and it is cheap but high quality. I find their water better tasting.

The customer service here is horrible. The attendant never offers assistance, is constantly on his cell phone, and he doesn't even look up or greet you when you enter the store. I needed assistance with the machine, I had to ask another customer to help me. The only time the attendant spoke to me is when he said, "we close in 10 minutes, next time come earlier!" That was on my first visit. I decided to give them another try as everyone has bad days. But on my next visit, he was just as rude. I will no longer patronize this business as they do not know how to treat their customers. Horrible!! read more

I've just started coming here to get better quality water than I get from my fridge. After learning about all the toxic dumps we have around here, you can never be too careful about your water quality living in the Antelope Valley. I purchased a 5 gallon spouted jug and a wooden stand for it, along with a water fill. I was surprised how affordable it is! I'm already considering purchasing a second jug to minimize having to refill so frequently. Once I make enough money, I even intend to purchase their Alkaline water--very affordable compared to bottle prices!! If you're constantly purchasing water bottles to keep you and your family hydrated I implore you to consider using Aloha as your water source. It is so much more cost effective and friendly for the environment. No more having to go recycle all those water bottles! read more

I went in to this store for the first time last week. Customer service was non-existent. The guy was just standing behind the register, and didn't bother to greet me (I was the only one in the store) or offer assistance. I took my bottles to the register and he just pointed at the dispensers and said "It's self-serve". So I went and filled my bottles myself. First time coming to this place, when I walked in their front doors I didn't see a water filling area, it looked more like a company selling water filtration equipment. After walking further into the store front I could see the water filling station in the back right of the store with a customer filling her water and the gentleman who works their was behind the counter playing on the phone. He didn't say anything to us as we waited, thinking he would come to fill out bottles, he just sat there. After waiting a few minutes I decided to just fill it myself, then come to find out it's a self filling station only, no pricing anywhere (my fault, should have asked). Went to check out for 35 gallons and the price is $14 ($0.40/gallon). The other place I go to which is a lot cleaner and all new filtering system is only $0.25/gallon and they fill the bottles for you, plus, YES IT'S A SHOCKER, they COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS!. Will never return AND wouldn't recommend! read more

I'm sending out an e-mail blast to the (20) women whom I referred to Aloha telling them how I and my 6 and 3 year old grandsons were treated. We left the place still standing and in the same shape that we found it, however, the boys got a little loud and the female owner tried to say something about it immediately after I spoke to them about their behavior.
