Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our problems. He then gave us an estimate we were happy with and scheduled someone to come out to do the work. Rick redirected a gutter that was causing the basement leak (even painting the gutter it to match!) Then, he found the two holes causing our roof/chimney problem. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and then did an excellent repair with concrete, black jack and mesh. Then after everything was done--he fixed an additional leak that he found on the tile roof of our sun porch! It is so refreshing to find someone who addresses a home repair problem completely, efficiently and very reasonably. We will definitely refer this company to our friends!

They did try to cash the check, the payment was not paid because I had already issued a stop payment on it and then sent some thug out to the house and threatened to put a lien on the house fir non payment . What did we owe them for . ? They left with no paint in the wood they costs us a weeks time / a terrible mess Paint / primmer / plastic / tape / cleaning 30.00 stop payment etc . They then worked hard to find a financing agreement that fit my budget. In the weeks leading up to the installation I received a phone call a week notifying me of any status changes in shipping from the vendor (There were none). QHE then worked with my schedule to find an installation date. The installers were awesome and worked fast! I was impressed how they cleaned up a few issues with the trim on the old windows. They also asked often if I had any questions during the process and when everything was done took the time to point out some of the specific differences between the old windows and the new replacements. It was a great experience overall and I will be looking to them for any future exterior projects.

BUT, we are very upset with their Program Director, William Lockhart, he is 100% LIAR. When he first came to our house, he was nice and acted like he's trustworthy. HE IS NOT. He gave us all the wrong information regarding the financial part of the deal. First, he quoted us a monthly payment, then it changed, then when we called GreenSky Financing, they made us look stupid. Second, the 5 month promotion, he said, we are not going to pay for anything until the windows were installed. The promotion will start on our 1st payment. Our loan was approved in January 2019, the windows were installed on April 2019. We started making payments on May 2019. In June 2019, we were told the promotion has ended. When I spoke with GreenSky Financing, everyone said, the promotion started in January 2019, when our loan was approved!!! How can the promotion run if the windows were not even installed. We were incurring interest rate even though the window is not yet installed!!! From the moment William Lockhart stepped into our, all I ever asked him was to be honest. Give us the exact monthly payments without any hidden agenda. Tell us exactly what to expect...he promised he will. HE IS LIAR! We never asked for freebies, or discount or special treatment, we only wanted him to tell us the truth. When he told us that our account with GreenSky was updated, and said that we can check it right away, we did...guess what, GreenSky Financing told us otherwise! When we decided to cancel the deal, William Lockhart had the nerve to threaten us with their Lawyers! Although we love our windows, because Gary did an awesome job, we 100% regret dealing with William Lockhart!!! This is my sad experience and I will tell everyone we know.

We simply don't hire contractors who treat my husband's opinion as more important than my own. His team did a beautiful and meticulous job on the siding. It looks like we have a new home and it's gorgeous! I will say we did hesitate to hire Tom after looking online for positive reviews and not finding any because that is so huge in today's world!
