The term "salad" is loosely applied here. I ordered the combo salad. There was more meat than greens. I'm not complaining because the chicken and gyro were perfectly seasoned and so, so good, but the greens were really a standout for me. The tangy dressing balanced the spicy of the meat. Their special sauce wasn't horrible, but it was rather ordinary and didn't add anything to the salad, at least for me. It did mellow out the flavor of the gyro spices. Because I am now obsessed with that gyro and chicken, I don't think I'd be tempted to get extra of the sauce. The people working were all kinds of friendly and awesome. It's too bad I'm not closer to this spot as I think I would enjoy trying other things on the menu. Come to think of it, I did have a cooler with me in the car, so I should have ordered something to go. Lesson learned for next time. read more

Been to this place once during my recent stay at Springfield, TN. Food was pretty decent. Ordered chicken sandwich and fried mushrooms for to-go. Fried mushrooms tasted really good. Chicken sandwich was kind of okayish. Foods are reasonably priced, and the quantity was amazing. Staffs were super friendly. This place is located on the south side of a small strip mall next to Game Stop. Decent enough parking spots available. Ambience is not that great, however they do have fast food style setup. I have very high standards for Greek food, having lived in NYC. I have not found a good Greek restaurant in ages, so imagine my happy surprise when a family member recommended this place. A small unassuming place in a strip mall in a small town in TN... and it was SO GOOD! I asked for very spicy and it was perfect. The baclava was fresh and chewy,flaky, perfection. The portions were huge (I recommend the #11). The meat was cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and the rice it was piled on was just as good! Definitely stop by and try this gem! I'll be back! Update: so we had to go back... I got a gyro this time with fries... again very pleased! Note: they put seasoning on their fries which I'm not a fan of but next time I'll just ask for none. Walked in hungry and was promptly greeted with a genuine smile and people that enjoy their work. It was even somewhat busy yet very quickly moving. Food was served quickly but was very fresh. I have to say I am not usually a fan of Greek style food that is dumbed down and usually Americanized to fit the the local taste, but they are going a great job with fusion. I enjoyed their Gyro style fries with feta and their hummus chicken plate. The pita was very fresh and was piping hot. They had a wide variety of individuals coming in to patronize their restaurant and seem to be well involved with the locals despite their heavy accents. Although I don't like the rapid expansion that this area is undergoing, I sure do appreciate some fresh, hot, flavorful food served with a big smile and care. They even gave my daughter a piece of baklava for free. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time here for me. I am somewhat ashamed I haven't reviewed it before. This place deserves 6 stars. read more

My wife and I like Greek food as well as Chinese, Mexican and Thai, so while we were at the Verizon store in this strip mall we would check out their falafel. They have a falafel plate and a falafel sandwich - both of which are delicious. My wife normally eats about 1/2 of her meal and then lets me finish off the rest. Not today. With napkins at hand she dug in to her falafel juicy sandwich and fries with vigor until she finished off the whole thing without stopping. I, on the other hand, got going on my falafel plate. Most Greek places hand shape their falafel patties before frying or baking them. These were preshaped like 1" mini-muffins which made them tender and scrumptious and easily dipped into the cucumber sauce. Also, the pita bread was soft and chewy, foldable for easy dipping into the tasty cucumber sauce, unlike the Greek restaurants we have tried that gives you soft leather to chew on. The rice and salad are normal fare for any Greek food place. The ambiance is semi-fast food, choose what you want from the overhead screen menu and pay. Then your order is called out and you come up and get it. Prices are fair - not cheap but not expensive. As falafel lovers, we will probably return from time to time when we are in the area and in the mood for Greek. read more

My wife tried the gyro and loved it. There were several items on the menu worth trying so if in the area I will certainly be back. Thank you for not going heavy on the feta! The gyro sandwich was exactly as advertised: "the best in TN." The guys at the counter happily switched salad for the usual French fries. Again, the salad was fresh, fresh, fresh. I've been to quite a few places in Nashville purporting to have great gyro sandwiches.
