Service for lunch today was so slow and our server could've used a bit more training because their newness showed. It took forever for us to get served and my drink order was wrong (I asked if there was Dr. Pepper and since there was only Mr Pibb I asked for Diet... this wasn't received). It was a hopping place with a crowd for the lunch buffet, but my date and I wanted to split a pie on our own- which you can't go wrong with the Greek Special btw and it was delish in itself. The "but" is that we also asked for garlic butter dipping sauce and out came this solidified container as if it was dipped out of a margarine tub. Greek's Pizzaria is a family style restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The people here very welcoming and accommodating. We were lucky to have Beth the manager waiting on us and she was an absolute pleasure. We ended up ordering the Greek pizza and a Greek salad. What can I say... it was actually pretty damn good! There's a great weight loss facility in town. Perhaps many of you have unknowingly visited it - Greek's Pizza. Last night, my wife and I were exhausted and hungry. We ordered our typical pizza that we had many times prior. However, when it came, it didn't look like what we normally ate. It was paper thin and tasted gamey. Being hungry, we decided to go ahead and eat it. Big mistake! A couple hours after, throughout the night, and through most of the day, we were sick: stomach cramps, purging, and other details that I'll omit. What happened, Greek's? We always used to be able to count on an excellent pizza and prompt delivery. The delivery was prompt, however the ptomaine was not welcome. I'm not one of those who says "never again" after one bad experience. However, the reminder will resonate for sometime. I'll chalk it up to tainted supply or untrained and understaffing. Ordered take out on a Saturday night around 7:00 PM. We ordered a Gourmet Meat pizza and bread sticks. The pizza was put together very well and loaded with meat! Delicious! The bread sticks probably some of the best we've had! Order was ready on time and staff was friendly. They were of course short staffed which unfortunately has become the norm theses days. But they were on top of it pushing a line of take out as fast as could be expected. Good job!!! Super impressed! read more

Have driven by here many times but finally decided to stop this past week. Overall the same pizza you can get at the Fishers but with a LOT smaller crowd. As in...none. We stopped in about 8pm on Monday and no one except us and the servers. Pie was great with a great slightly spicy pepperoni. Lots of seating on the inside but really needs cleaned up a bit. Sort of a weird layout. Very nice staff. Will be by again. read more

Excellent lunch buffet. A nice variety of pizzas including a garden pizza and a "just cheese" pizza that was truly delicious. Greek's really has the perfect cheese/sauce/crust ratio down. The buffet also featured those incredible, addictive, fresh hot breadsticks. Cinnamon dessert breadsticks too, which I had never had but I was too stuffed for dessert. I'll save some room for dessert next time. Very friendly server, prompt service. My server mentioned that this is the only Greek's location with a buffet. Sad to have to change my review, but the experience was so different. The pizza came out hot but the flavors were all off. The crust tasted like water flour and baking soda, very little flavor. Minimal meat on the pepperoni pizza, and the sauce was overly sweet, similar to spaghettios. The garlic knots were just the same bland pizza crust with cheese sauce. Greeks is an awesome Indiana chain that serves tasty pizza time after time. The Anderson location is no exception! While I wouldn't recommend this spot for larger groups, it's a solid 4 star joint for sure. I've consistently had friendly, attentive service each time I've visited, which is important to me. My servers have kept drinks topped off while keeping us informed on how long our food is going to be. I've also never waited long to get a table, although I've heard during peek weekend times, this place can get pretty busy. Like the other Greeks franchises, the pizza is delicious and the breadsticks are buttery with just the right amount of garlic. My favorite pizza is the white pizza, which skips the traditional red sauce in favor of garlic butter and lots of cheese. I feel my coronary arteries building up a little more plaque every time I eat a slice, but I've got a hookup with some great cardiologists when I have a heart attack someday, so it'll totally be worth all those garlicky bites :) read more

This place is delicious! They have an excellent cauliflower crust if you need gluten free. There have tons of options for toppings and some that your average pizza place doesn't have. The salads are huge and beautiful. The staff is great and the environment is inviting. They have weekly specials that won't brake the bank!! read more

The pizza was delicious, I am a lover of BBQ chicken piece and theirs is top notch. Personally I like thick crust pizza and was more than satisfied with their pizza. The wings were solid as well. My only fault was it took around 70 minutes from ordering for it to be delivered, but I wont fault the food for that. Worth the wait once it came. read more

Great environment and great food. The servers are always friendly and prompt. Service is a little slow, but the food is always hot and fresh. Although the inside looks old, it is very clean. The menus aren't covered in food or fingerprints and the carpet isn't stained. The crust is doughy and delicious. Their signature "Italian Sauce" is tangy and seasoned very well. It is a bit of a drive for us, about 30-40 minutes but it is worth it. We will be back. read more

The staff here are so friendly. This is a wonderful location of the Greek's franchise. It is located close to my work, and many of us come here often for lunch. However, last night I tried using Yelp to order my take-out online. It appeared that all went smoothly on Yelp, but when I got there, Greek's said they never received my order. Love the pizza, made with care and the owner stops by your table almost every time to make sure things are the way they should be. Craft beer is the bonus & garlic breadsticks to die for. Disappointing experience! My wife and I went there on a Saturday evening the restaurant was maybe half full. We asked how long the buffet would be open and with 2 1/2 more hours you would have thought the food be rotated our even edible. The food on the buffet was cold and tasted like it had been out there for awhile too long. I checked the lights and they were not heat lamps just regular lights and the food was kept on top of a heated stainless plate. Which means the top of the food was Ice cold and the bottom barely warm. I asked the girl at the counter if they had a microwave and told her all of the food on the buffet was cold. They heated my food in the micro wave but never once came out to freshen up the buffet or see if we needed anything. When I picked up my order, I got a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. I told the waitress that I ordered a sausage and pepperoni shell and that I would wait to get what I had ordered. She told me that they were out of sausage so I ended up taking the pizza home. When I got home I was very disappointed with the amount of pepperoni that was on the pizza. I had their "Greek" salad today. It was the most pathetic salad. It had green head lettuce and lots of it. A few pieces of tomato. Some black olives. Extremely disappointed with tonight's experience. I used to love Greek's and was excited to come in after a day swimming in Pendleton. However, we ordered an order of French bread and an x large pizza. The bread came out with the pizza and was incredibly soggy from where the sauce had been sitting there for awhile.. the pizza was greasy and flimsy. To be perfectly honest a rating of 2.5 would be average. Met a couple of friends at Greek's Pizzeria. We had the lunch buffet which consists of about five or six different pizza varieties and a pan dish with spaghetti and meat etc. The buffet comes with a salad which was okay but not great. We all ordered iced tea and we agreed that it was barely more that colored water. No tea taste at all. From what I have heard Greek's does a lot of catering which is what the spaghetti looked like. Those kind of trays you get at a catered dinner. They did have some local beers listed on a chalk board but this was a work type meeting so couldn't try them out. The atmosphere is average, the place is clean but average. The server was even average. It is one of the few places to eat on MLK on the west side of town but my honest appraisal is that it is average, flat down the middle, not terrible, not good. read more
