Pizza dough is burnt on outside and raw in the center. Yuck! Always a disappointment!!

I had my first bad order from here, out of the 100s of other good orders I've had. I have to say the customer service was spot on and I am so impressed with how quickly it was handled. The owner was wonderful and I may order from here even more because of it. Good job Greek's! read more

My family and I went to Greeks on Tuesday or Wednesday I can remember. It started out okay no one was there to greet us so we just sat our self. We have been a few times when tequila is working and we loved her but we had a different server Railey. I'm not sure if she's new to Greeks but it felt like she did not care about being at her job. She was always on her phone and I have to get up and ask for more cheese and drinks. When she took out order we did not get it for about 45 min because she said she forgot to put it in the window and did not apologize. We love Greeks but this was not a good experience at all. I'm still having them 5 stars just because we had a bad experience dose not mean it was not good the other times! read more

Love his place for 2 things. They have really good pizza and they care about the community. Always help people in need. Had a guy I worked with have cancer and they ran fundraisers for his family. They just now got lunch buffet its a little pricy but well worth it. read more

Usually pretty good food but delivery has been awful lately. Tonight I ordered a large pizza with breadsticks. I was told it would be roughly an hour, which is usual for them. Hour and a half later food finally arrives and is not very warm. Definitely disappointed in them and cannot recommend them when there are many other pizza places to choose from in the area. read more

Disappointed! Buffett had little on it. All was very greasy, even salad bowls and glasses. Here once before and decided another chance but was very very greasy before. Desert burnt and hard. Will for sure not be back for any reason. read more

I was disappointed in our dinner at Greek's Pizza in Anderson. It was a bad experience followed by bad customer service. We won't be back.

I did stop last Thurs. at Greek's buffet in Anderson, IN, but it was terrible! I got there at 1:15 and they never brought one new pizza the entire time I was there. It is supposed to go to 2 pm. Also, I sat myself, had to go to the counter to get my own drink the waitress never once came to my table, I don't think they even knew I was there. Had to go back up and ask for refill. And when I went to check out, no one came to the registrar for a few mins. then finally one of the girls noticed me standing there and said, "oh, you need to pay?" and I laughed and said "I know, you'd think it would be free since I waited on myself and never got any fresh pizza" she wasn't amused and took my money....NO TIP!!! read more

We met our niece and her family @ 1:00 at Greek's today for a post-Christmas lunch. I was skeptical because of previous visits, and was hoping there had been improvements. I was horribly disappointed...again! They had the buffet available today & it was well stocked. We sat down and never had anyone come to take our orders. The small children were hungry, so we had them get pizza from the buffet. Neither of them would even eat the cheese pizza because it wasn't good. When the server finally came, (after I had gone to the front and asked if we could get waited on), she was a little snippy. Everyone decided on the buffet, except for me, and I ordered a side salad. There were no plates or utensils for the buffet, so everyone had to wait until more were brought out. She brought my salad, and there was probably a cup of shredded cheese in the center with a few greens around it. The Romaine lettuce was either wilted, brown, slimy, or all of the above. I started noticing that while I was cutting it up, before I dressed it. It was the worst salad I have ever been served. How do you mess THAT up?! Since I had picked out all of the bad lettuce, and there was virtually nothing left but cheese and mushy tomatoes, I didn't eat it. When I asked the server to remove it from our bill, she just snickered. I heard her talking to the manager, who then came to our table. The manager asked me what the problem was, since she had been serving that lettuce all day. I showed her the nasty pieces (which was a PILE on a napkin!). She was obviously ticked off because right after that she closed the overhead door to the party room, slamming it to the floor. It crashed to the floor and we all jumped! She then started slamming trays, doors, etc. Then, she closed down the buffet @ 1:45... (they said it would be open all day). The pasta was burned. The breadsticks were under baked and tasteless. The cookies and brownies on the buffet were black & hard from baking too long. I really was hoping they had improved. Sorry to find they had not. We will NEVER go back or recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more

We just finished our meal from them. I'm very particular with my orders, so this was it: medium pepperoni extra sauce, xl Roma pizza (add onions, extra sauce, extra feta) and as apart of their Tuesday special we got a half pound of wings with the pepperoni pizza. They arrived and told my roommate "the girl probably didn't know but this is out of our delivery range." Umm okay. Thanks? The way he said it almost sounded like he was blaming us. Next we opened the Roma pizza, the one we were most excited about. It was dry as a bone, no extra feta (actually very little), and no onions. ??? It's like they deliberately disobeyed the three things I specifically requested (and the girl repeated my order back to me). It was also rather bland? That's why I ordered the extras on it. The BBQ wings were good, and the pepperoni pizza was good and correct, although their sauce is a type of sauce that isn't my particular favorite. So I called to let them know the mistakes. The manager said "well the Roma doesn't have onions on it" yes I know we requested them separately. We did get a free pizza out of it though, so i guess I'll give them that. Average pizza that's kind of expensive. Better luck next time ;) read more

We ordered a salad and a med pizza for delivery. they said it will take 45 minutes. Its been an hour and still no delivery. This ALWAYS happens at this location. Food is delicious but the wait time, price, and delivery is disappointing, This will be my last order here. read more

I had the pizza when it first opened and it was just okay and they must have well water because it smelled like sulfur at least filter the water. The Greek's on University was so much better. The fact that the were saying that they were the only pizzeria in town was wrong because they are not. Anyway not good and not sure if they are even still opened. read more

During the recent Street Dance my wife brought my 2 year old daughter in to use the bathroom and was told to go use the bathrooms outside. We were going to order food after she was done but I can say we'll never come there again after that poor treatment. read more
