We drove from the Fishers area to Pendleton to give this pizza place a try. Unfortunately, the food was just average and didn't live up to our expectations. The service also had a few issues that took away from the overall experience. The restaurant is new, so the ambiance was pleasant and had a fresh feel. However, the parking lot could use some attention. Part of it is a mix of gravel and pavement, the paved section has numerous potholes and crumbling pavement, making it difficult to navigate. Overall, we were hoping for a better food experience and most likely will not come back again. read more

The pizza is unexpectedly incredible. I stopped for a late lunch with friends. The restaurant is trendy, upscale and clean. There is a lovely bar, indoor and (future) patio seating and a huge tiled pizza oven in the corner. Tables were set with cloth napkins. The servers are friendly and helpful. Water came to the table quickly as did the food. Our server checked on us frequently. The menu features pizza. We order two pizzas (which come in one size) to share. First, the crust tasted phenomenal - thin and chewy. It was one of the best crusts I've tasted in a long time. The Ortolano pizza had an earthy flavor with the mushrooms and eggplant. The Siciliano pizza had generous portion of fresh Italian sausage with eggplant and other vegetables. I absolutely loved the Siciliano pizza. Two pizzas were enough food for three people. There is a small dedicated parking lot and limited street parking. I'll definitely return. This is a perfect date night venue. read more

Solid four and really 4.5 stars and easily could be 5. Tried going here a couple weeks back and it was packed! So we made a reservation this time. Still packed, but we got in. Had the Diavola pizza and my partner had the Margherita. The crusts were very good, though I wish we had a steak knife to cut the pizza. The style of plates they provide aren't very flat so cutting the pizza can be quite difficult. Eating it straight from the pizza tray could have been an option if the trays were a bit larger. Big plus on these pizzas is the sauce is actually visible, as it should be on Neapolitan style pizza! Too many places douse it in cheese and hide the sauce. And the sauce here is really good! Caesar salad was good and the dressing had a slight anchovy flavor to it. Once the weather warms up and they open up patio seating, I hope to come back to a slightly less packed and more open atmosphere. But the crust is rocking and the pizza is really good. Just could get a slightly better presentation. read more

First thing you should know is that this is some the freshest food you will have. Every single thing made it's mark. Homemade pizza dough, tomato sauce, mozzarella and the meatballs were the best I have ever had. We haver never been to Italy, but I am sure we ate food lije we were.My pizza did not have tomato sauce so I ordered a side. So glad I did not miss out on that. Service started our slow but it was a festival day and they were overwhelmed. They made up for it. Super nice staff. Lastly, try the lemon martini, it's something special. The service was excellent during out visit. All the pizza come in 12 inches cut into 4 large sized pieces. The Friariella was a 7/10 because it just didn't have a lot of flavor. Now the Initaly was a 12/10, great taste, great crust, and the fresh mozzarella was amazing. I will definitely be coming back here! read more

This is the most authentic Napolese pizza we've had in the greater Indy area. We've been searching for pizza that tastes most like the pizza we've eaten in Italy, and finally found it!! Absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients, true to what Napolese pizza should be. The service was phenomenal our server was so sweet and helpful, and the atmosphere was perfect. I only wish we could have tried everything on the menu! We will be back again and again for this delicious food and perfect service. The service was good , the food was fresh. That said, the food was terribly lacking in seasoning. It was bland. I was expecting Italian flavors. some garlic, onion, and herbs. The tomato sauce was bland and tasteless. I tried the fried mashed potatoes and mozzarella and they were dry and quite flavorless. Some garlic and onion and black pepper would have spiced them up. They were served nicely but were not what I was thinking they would be. The eggplant on the pizza we ordered was hardly distinguishable. I live in Pendleton and I want this place and others to survive. I suggest they kick it up a notch. People go out to eat and want flavor. We came in late to add to a party with my daughters, who were already being served, they took a long time to come to the table when we joined them. The restaurant was not busy either. There was an upcharge for tomato sauce, and they don't have pepperoni. I would rather have had Papa John's pizza. Sorry for the price it was not worth it. Family member has celiac - menu says anything can be made using gluten free crust/ingredients. When we were ordering on a Saturday evening - we were told that the "chef won't make anything during busy times that needs to be gluten free bc it slows everything down". We tell the server its a life threatening allergy - she goes and asks the chef -- comes back "yah he won't do it, you can only get gluten free on weekdays". Its not 1980 - its 2025. 10/10 experience having my baby sprinkle at INItaly! Chiara was wonderful to work with and helped me pick the perfect menu items for my group of 12. They even opened early for us with no extra charge. After many trips to Italy, I can say that INItaly has the most authentic Italian pizza in the Indy area. Visited Saturday 8/30/25 and I'm not sure how this place has 4.5 stars. Food was hot is the only reason I gave 2 stars! Flavor in bruschetta was lacking unless you enjoy just a tomato flavor, as far as the food itself it didn't have a lot of flavor but was hot! BIGGEST ISSUE was the service zero stars we asked for sweet and low got it when we had finished eating, table of 5 she carried a single drink out at a time to start us off! Everyone got their food fairly quick except me and I ordered a pizza the waitress never checked on us one time fifteen minutes go buy and a young man walks out from the kitchen and asked if we got our pizza, I said no and he says ok I have got it ready! Seriously finally still didn't see the waitress until it was time to pay her! I'd think as an owner I'd be very concerned! We said as a group it was the first and last time to visit this place! The place is clean, the restrooms aren't very well kept and I'll just leave it at that!I really hate to leave such a poor review but I just can't get past the poor service, I mean one drink at a time brought to the table? Have you ever heard of serving trays? Maybe also give a girl so many tables to take care of and not all the tables inside and outside! read more
