Two Artists and a Farm! So happy to have found this place…read more We needed something in the Pymatuning, Conneaut Lake area, and found this place with an internet search of "farm accommodations". I called their number and got to speak with both of them and their warmth, and hospitality, was obvious. We stayed in one of the cabins and it had everything a hotel room would have. Actually more, as we had a small couch, and dining table to sit at besides normal hotel features. Top that off with a delicious breakfast that included, meat-cheese-veggie omelet, whole wheat toast, homemade YOGURT from a cow next door, with homemade jam. Homemade oat bread, and something else I can't remember. D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! I want to mention that we were asked for any dietary restrictions during our reservation phone call. I encourage you to spend a few minutes chatting with Betty and Al. These humble, unassuming, wonderful people have led very interesting lives. Having been college educated Artists, they chose the farm life and have been farming, painting, sketching, and doing pottery, their entire adult lives. Truly amazing people worthy of a Netflix documentary. For entertainment we went to Mortal Key Brewing, and Gatehouse winery just down the road who had 2 live music stages going simultaneously.

I can't believe I'm leaving a 5 star review for a hotel lol…read more Close to highways and restaurants and Walmart for things you've forgotten, and very close to PSP NW training center for those here for work. Popcorn after 3pm, cookie and iced cream at 7pm, all day coffee, a surprisingly really decent breakfast (hot and cold), a large and clean pool and jacuzzi area and a normal sized hotel gym that's clean. Some work being done currently (room and decor updates) but it's still quiet and all of the rooms seem newly updated and very clean, new, the beds and pillows are great, tons of cleaning staff employed here, honestly this hotel sets the bar high and I am thoroughly glad I stayed here

I really like this hotel. I stayed again while on business and let me tell you, you really get your…read moremoney's worth here. As I previously noted, there's a popcorn machine, warm cookies, free bottled water, fruit, coffee and tea, and candies in the lobby. Every evening from 5-6pm there's a happy hour with beer/wine/liquor as well as a free hot meal item; last night when I was there it was chicken noodle soup and cheese w/ crackers, wonderful for a cold night! Every night at 9pm there's a free ice cream social in the breakfast area. The room was spotless and I love the bath and body works shower toiletries. The TV is a flat screen and it's a nice size. The front desk and the housekeeping staff are very friendly and will always smile and say hello or have a nice day as you pass by, a nice touch. The bed is just as comfortable as I remember and I found myself checking the tags on the bedding and pillows so I can buy them- they are very soft and cozy. I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you are in the area, and it is not too far from Conneaut lake area if that's your thing too. There's a decent selection of chain restaurants a few stores/shops to browse.

This is an older-style Hampton property, but it is clean, has large, spacious rooms and is well managed and maintained. This hotel has an Indoor heated pool with a hot tub, a fitness center with a good blend of older and newer cardio equipment, free weights, and features a Peloton that anyone can use with the hotel's account or their own account with a free account. My room was a large King suite with plenty of floor space, a refrigerator, coffee station, a separate sink and additional storage space. The wifi is a bit slow for my liking, but I was able to surf, check emails and do other general tasks. There is a premium Wi-Fi offer for higher-tiered members or for a daily fee. Breakfast is buffet-style with a choice of hot and cold offerings as well as cereals, breads, eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit and other items. Overall, a problem-free stay in a well-maintained property close to highways, gas stations, restaurants, schools and an outlet mall.

Why I can't give this 5 stars..... you will have a Red Hot Moment. No matter how low you set the thermostat, (we had the lowest) the air only ran 1 time at night. It's August guys. I can't imagine how warm July would have been. I finally woke up sweating and did donuts in the middle of the room trying to set off the sensors. It worked and at 3am we finally got air. The ac did not kick back on till 8am. The other setback are the thin ceilings. Think 5 year old running around at 6am on your ceiling.
