Had a pleasant and relaxing stay at the Hampton Inn Meadville. Front desk staff were very friendly…read moreand welcoming and they had a plate of free cookies for guests to indulge in! Hotel was clean and well kept. Water pressure in the shower was strong and hot water available within seconds. Amenities included an above average fitness center with dumbbells up to 50 lbs, multiple treadmills, two elliptical machines, a peloton bike, and a cable pulley tower. There was also an indoor pool and a complimentary breakfast buffet with hot and cold food options, plus light roast and dark roast coffee. If you're in a rush the staff made to-go bags for any guests to take that included a bagel with jam and peanut butter, apple, and bottled water. To my pleasant surprise they also had a nightly social 6-8 pm in the lobby with complimentary adult beverages on ice. The selection was Coors Light, Michelob Ultra, Yuengling, and multiple flavors of seltzers. I've seen this done at other higher end Hilton properties like Embassy Suites but first time seeing it at a Hampton Inn! Would definitely stay here again!

It's very clean. The staff is friendly. The rooms are quiet- I couldn't hear anyone in the hallways or in anther room. It has a great breakfast and grab and go bags for those that didn't have time to sit and eat. Baked cookies at check in. The pool area and fitness room were also very clean. The hot tub was hot- not lukewarm. Ample parking. I enjoyed staying here.

I can't believe I'm leaving a 5 star review for a hotel lol…read more Close to highways and restaurants and Walmart for things you've forgotten, and very close to PSP NW training center for those here for work. Popcorn after 3pm, cookie and iced cream at 7pm, all day coffee, a surprisingly really decent breakfast (hot and cold), a large and clean pool and jacuzzi area and a normal sized hotel gym that's clean. Some work being done currently (room and decor updates) but it's still quiet and all of the rooms seem newly updated and very clean, new, the beds and pillows are great, tons of cleaning staff employed here, honestly this hotel sets the bar high and I am thoroughly glad I stayed here

As I previously noted, there's a popcorn machine, warm cookies, free bottled water, fruit, coffee and tea, and candies in the lobby. Every evening from 5-6pm there's a happy hour with beer/wine/liquor as well as a free hot meal item; last night when I was there it was chicken noodle soup and cheese w/ crackers, wonderful for a cold night! Every night at 9pm there's a free ice cream social in the breakfast area. The room was spotless and I love the bath and body works shower toiletries. The TV is a flat screen and it's a nice size. The front desk and the housekeeping staff are very friendly and will always smile and say hello or have a nice day as you pass by, a nice touch. The bed is just as comfortable as I remember and I found myself checking the tags on the bedding and pillows so I can buy them- they are very soft and cozy. I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you are in the area, and it is not too far from Conneaut lake area if that's your thing too. There's a decent selection of chain restaurants a few stores/shops to browse.

It is huge with so many…read moreactivities that you could literally spend your entire vacation here and never leave the grounds. I recently visited with my partner and our two kids. Let's just say, we aren't totally the dedicated campers where we need to pitch tents, bring all the accessories and sleep on the ground. That's why this place especially stood out as they had luxury cabins for rent. Or as my partner said, I'm good as long as I have air conditioning and running water! The cabin came with a screened-in porch, an outdoor fire pit for evening s'mores, a loft where the kids slept, a full living room and kitchen with refrigerator another room with bunkbeds, a bathroom and then the master bedroom at the back of the cabin complete with dressers to put away your clothes. I'm one of those people that always unpacks and must have things organized, so it was a lifesaver. You can rent golf carts, highly recommended as the grounds are spacious and some of the cabins are located far away from the activities. There are also communal laundry facilities, which were great to have since we had to use them day 1 of our trip! The common area offers free activities like playgrounds, mini golf, character meet n' greets and wagon rides along with firetruck rides. Other activities cost extra like ceramic making, tie die shirt making, glitter tattoos and several others. Some nights they offer free movie screenings and other programs. Overall, this was like camping without the pain! That's my kind of camping. Cabin rentals are a little pricey, but with all that space, it could accommodate a large family or even combine it with others to help split the cost. Finally, the biggest hit was the water park. This is a can't miss. We got a poolside cabana and spent most of our days here. The kids didn't want to leave!

It looks to be more for smaller kids rather than teens but nonetheless it's nice. All the staff were really nice. They took the kids for a ride on the fire truck which all thought that was cool. My complaint if you want to call it that is the price. It's a bit expensive. Camping is suppose to be a cheaper alternative to going to a hotel. Not the case here. Depending on what you get it could be just as much if not more than going to a hotel and I don't mean any hotel local to here. It's comparable (at least when we stayed) to hotels in Myrtle Beach. I won't say I would never go back but it would not be my first pick however if you want to stay local to this area and when I say this area I mean within an hour or two, this is not bad.
